First visit with this group after miscarrying in December. The experience I had at an OB office in Gainesville was horrible from beginning to end and we knew we wouldn’t go back there for future care. Amber Reyes was so gracious and attentive to our concerns following our recent loss. She was proactive in scheduling an ultrasound and labs to ensure my body was returning to its pre-pregnancy state without any issues.. I’m incredibly grateful for our visit with her and look forward to continuing with their office once we become pregnant again. 🙂 Office staff were also very friendly!

I had an absolute wonderful experience here! The nurses and staff are all wonderful and pleasant and Dr. Linnemann is absolutely fantastic! He's been very kind and caring and takes the time to talk to you and explain everything in terms you understand! I had a cerclage procedure and c-section both preformed by him and he explained beforehand what was going to happen, answered any questions and helped calmed me down before surgery! We lost our son in December of 2023, he helped keep our rainbow baby safe and delivered her healthy and safely and for that, we are truly blessed to have had him there for us! Thank you to all of the staff here and to Dr. Linnemann, you all have been absolutely wonderful and we appreciate every single one of you! 💜

I attended my first prenatal appointment here and I was reluctant considering the large amount of negative reviews. I realized very quickly I should have listened. The nurses were all very kind and caring but when I met with the doctor, who was new to me, she started explaining to me in graphic detail all of the worst complications of a condition I was presenting with that normally resolves itself later in pregnancy. She immediately wanted to tag me as high risk and send me to an MFM. I got a second opinion by another professional in the area and was highly encouraged to switch providers.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Linneman and all of the midwives in the office. They are all very thorough and go above and beyond. They make you feel valued as a patient and take any concerns seriously. We really need a good OB in Ocala and this office provides the best of the best! I will continue to recommend them to friends.

Insurance fraud! Went for my annual woman's wellness exam which is covered 100% by my insurance. Instead they billed for specialist visit causing an outstanding bill. They refuse to correct their error.

I have had to deal with an insurance problem for almost 2 months now. Whoever at this office deals with submitting insurance claims made a mistake and submitted a claim that I had a mammogram on 08/27/24, when all I did was have a first patient visit. My insurance company paid the claim submitted for a 08/27/24 mammogram. So, when I had my actual mammogram on 10/25/24, my insurance company denied payment. Now I have had to call Advent Health billing three times. I was told it would take up to 30 days to review. After 30 days, I was told it was still under review and when I called 2 weeks later, it was sent to another department for further review. The center that I actually had my mammogram done wants to get paid. I do not understand why it takes so long. There are NO films of an 08/27/24 mammogram. Pretty simple to figure it out. I will not be returning to this provider due to the error causing me to waste my time trying to straighten it all out.

I was very worried after seeing all the bad reviews and this being one of the few places that take my insurance. it turns out that this place is amazing. Audriana Goldware One of the RN is absolutely wonderful. She is so nice and provided me with any and all questions I had never made me feel like I was rushed or inconveniencing her. Dr. Henry Lanese is the sweetest woman. I’m the type of person who worries about everything and she made sure to reassure me multiple times while educating me on anything I needed. If this place was as bad as people made it out to be it has definitely turned around for the better. I have zero complaints and love the care they provide

I’ve been trying to be seen at this office and the staff/technology is awful. I’ve had to reschedule twice now due to insurance problems, when even the day before appointments I call to confirm that everything is good that I don’t have to pay $176 a visit. So each time I’m told that everything is updated, so I waste my time going to town to still be turned away bc they still want $176, when I haven’t even been seen yet by anyone in that office. The excuse is that it’s not updated in their system, but some how is it fine when I call a day prior and $0 due. It’s a joke for anyone to need to pay $176 for prenatal care especially when you know your insurance is not the problem.
