Be careful which doctor you choose. I chose Dr Solomon based on a recommendation from someone else. I felt he was not providing me the service I was looking for due to diagnosis really only being made by other doctors and then being confirmed by him. I contacted my insurance company and requested a swap to MacIntyre and my insurance company had no problem making this swap for me after I explained why my other doctor was not working. Evidently the office has a rule that you cannot change between the two of them. I was told this upon an appointment cancelation. I wish I had known that and would not have chosen Solomon as male doctors historically have not helped me. When I called back and explained I was unsure what to do because this was an ER follow up for a heart condition that needed to be seen, I asked for a doctor recommendation and was told to get one from the urgent care. I feel the staff here did not care at all to be helpful in a stressful situation and have felt very let down by this office as a whole . If you are looking for a doctor’s office to care and help you, I would advise going somewhere else

Enjoy this small family practice. Dr McIntyre is a friendly doctor- glad to have found this practice. Nice, helpful front desk staff. They’ve had to help so much due to messaging not working in the Advent/MyChart app- disappointing bc so much time is wasted & communication has been strained unnecessarily due to this not working. Past practices I’ve been with used MyChart & it’s an amazing gift when it’s enabled.
**I would give 5 stars if the apps did what they’re supposed to do so communication would be much more efficient & direct with the dr. They keep saying they’re trying to fix it… MyChart has been around a good while- unsure how Advent hasn’t formatted it to work in conjunction with their app.

Fantastic office. This was my first appointment with Dr MacIntyre and she was so friendly, listened to all my concerns and really took her time getting to know me. Very happy with my experience
