Love this medical office from front reception ,to the MA, appointment scheduler Yolande,Cheryl Bryant Mcglouglin, MaryJane Venzon, ARNP, April Morris, ARNP, Charlene in out going appointment scheduling. Tammy Munshower up front is always greeting you with a smile and always willing to help. Great office here. I am always happy to see each one here! Such an amazing group here and MaryJane's MA is really thorough and nice. MaryJane ARN Pand April Morris ARNP and Tammy make you feel like you are a person and not just another #,vert comfortable here. Keep up the good work! 😎

I have been with my
PCP Dr. for over 20 years. He and HIS STAFF are great.
His nurse Rosemary is also great.
However the support phone stafff that take messages and arrange
appointments are for the most part poor in doing their job
This may be do to the information they are told to pass on is incorrect
They send messages to receive exact information. The reply is very often not related to the orignal question.
Or, you can leave a message, receive a reply however when you call back to verify now the message has changed.
Messages take days,or weeks to receive a reply.
Appointments can be made weeks in advance only to be told that your appointment was made in error. For instance with the wrong Doctor...
Because of this Communication between clients and Doctors are difficult.
also very frustrating

As a new patient of APRN Candice Ings, I must say, I wasn't too happy with her bedside manner. In the few visits I've had, she seemed to be argumentative anytime we had a discussion regarding my symptoms and current situation. Despite her staff being friendly, she just doesn't come off professional and courteous at all.

One of the most unprofessional offices I ever encountered. They literally can't tell their arses from their elbows. Made an appointment only for them to call and cancel it, claiming they don't take my insurance. Called my insurance where they confirmed my primary is from that office. So then the story became they don't take NEW patients from that insurance...which doesn't explain why they denied me service because I was an EXISTING patient. Had staff hang up a call because they couldn't explain this inconsistency. Hope their actual physicians aren't this disorganized.

I've been with the same doctor many years. Good doctor. However, the staff never calls you back. You have to wait months for an appointment. When you need a call or perscription you may not get assistance. Even if the error is on their side. They gave me the wrong prescription on a Friday night. I called every day. No call backs. Finally got the right prescription on the following wednesday.While you are there in the office they are pleasant but forget trying to get an appointment. Or if you are sick you are told just go to ER. Which is very lame. The ER cannot treat with your medical history.

Never seen such an unorganized office. Providers are okay, but the front desk staff and MA's are always inconsiderate, talk down to you like you're stupid, and you always get a different answer when you ask the same question and they blame eachother. Highly unprofessional and very frustrating.

Dr. Schutt-Aine and the entire staff have always given us excellent care. They are so attentive to every need. We love our Primary Care Office, and so appreciative of the care we get in Deland.

I went there for the first time in the hopes of getting primary care. Im a low maintenance guy. They charged my Medicare over $ 600.00 for a first visit. They are fraudulent providers. I'll never go back there.
