I drove over four hours to be reminded why no one should try to use Advent Health. I was desperate for help, and, like all religious institutions do, they promise help without ever helping. This is part of why America more broadly recognizes religion as the enemy of the people.

I couldn't have gone through my pregnancy without them, staff and medical team were amazing.

However, I attended my last appointment postpartum with my baby, I was just pending to go the next day and schedule my IUD insertion.

It seemed like me attending with my baby triggered the social worker to check the system and an hour after I got home from my last appointment, I was getting a call from her letting me know they couldn't see me anymore in a very cold demeanor.

Be prepared, they will find any excuse in the book to drop you once you give birth.

This place is beyond horrible the nurse Madison is VERY RUDE AND DOWN RIGHT DEGRADING EVEN SAID RACIAL SLURS TO ME . the internal doc WOULDN’T GIVE ME HIS NAME BUT HE WAS VERRYYY RUDE TO . The staff will leave used needles in the bed (EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT) without even throwing them away . They deprived me of most of my medication,Threaten to send me home because I complained.the charge nurse on the floor 9th floor was absolutely nooo help I give her -10/-10:/ this hospital don’t send your family here…OH AND LETS NOT FORGET THE RUDE GIRL IN DIETARY TALKING SMACK TO ME AS IF IM NOT A PATIENT I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN

Although doctors and admistrative employees are very kind, there is a huge communication problem between the clinic and the billing department. Anytime I went there I always paid the amount the clinic asked me to pay and anytime the billing department contacted me charging a higher price. Anytime I had to loose a lot of time explaining via e-mail that there was a mistake. Furthermore, they never apologized. All this is not professional and ethically deporable.

I have found the doctors responsive and caring. Pleased with the combination of a primary doctor resident and a senior adviser. Would definitely recommend this office to a family member.
