This place is such a scam. My husband and my Father in Law came here, different reasons and insurance and both times the took insurance and then BILLED them way more after the fact. The front desk is a mess. They should be shut down because this is the most shady place ever!

I have to say I was very surprised and extremely grateful and happy. I went for a second mammogram and ultrasound and thought I would have to wait 2 weeks for the results and to my delightful surprise there was a doctor there that looked at them right away within 40 minutes I got a mammogram an ultrasound and a doctor looked over the results of one breast that came back problematic my first mammogram so of course I was scared and found out that everything was fine. I couldn't imagine waiting 2 weeks for results like that. I am so grateful I have never heard of an Imaging Center that has a doctor right there that can go over your tests results right away let alone in less than an hour tests and results.. I will always go to the deland location... the staff from the time I signed in to the techs who did the tests to Kari telling me the results were all extremely nice

I had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any kind of medical visit. I showed up on time for my first ever mammogram. I was already nervous for my appointment and Natalya, at the front desk, made my experience absolutely horrible. She waited 10 minutes to greet me at the window while she stared at her computer. Once i was greeted with “what’s your name” she told me i was late for my appointment. I explained that i wasn’t and i was here at my scheduled time. For the next 5 minutes she decided to roll her eyes, and go back and forth about how i was late and they probably can’t see me now. She finally went and asked the tech and the tech said yes, she can see me. I was handed paperwork to fill out. Once i sat down to fill it out, Natalya asked me to come back to the desk two separate times to ask me questions. Once that was resolved and i sat back down, she yelled across the room (with other patients in it) asking if i had my referral. I said no, i thought you guys did. She said “you need to call your doctor and get the referral because they won’t answer me”. The other 3 women in the waiting room looked at me and said “poor thing, I’m so sorry they are treating you this way. I promise it will be okay”. By that point, I’d had enough and asked if could reschedule my appointment. I didn’t have time to do their job because i had to get to mine. Natalya threw a card under the window and said “call them to reschedule” and walked away. I walked out of that office in tears. I will never, ever go there again for imaging. I truly hope i was the only person she has treated that way because my heart breaks for any sick patients that have to come in contact with Natalya and have the same experience.

went there for a xray of my neck but they didnt bother reading the order and took an xray of my pelvis. this is unacceptable regina at the front desk messed up my order that i handed her from my dr. she never was apoligized or anything for messing this up and she was kinda rude when i asked for her name.ended up going back for a second time because she didnt do her job and read the order that i gave her. going to look into legal action. this again is unacceptable

I went to AdventHealth Imaging at Victoria Medical Park Thursday morning for a chest x-ray. It is Monday afternoon and no results yet. I phoned the imaging center and was told it could take 3-5 business days. I understand it was not ordered stat and it wasn’t done as an inpatient, however I feel 3-5 business days is pretty unreasonable.

Yesterday was my first mammogram and ultra sound, I was very nervous but the technicians were very sweet, calming and informative! I felt like I got a very good look over and am calmed because I was able to know before I left that I was ok. Thank you for the great care!

The most aweful experience at AdventHealth Medical Group 151 Victoria Commons Blvd, Suite 104 DeLand FL 32724! On 09/20/22, I took my son who is a minor to see the doctor becuase he's sick. His usual doctor wasn't in the office that day, so he was seen by Rosemarie Latham, APRN instead. Well, Big Mistake!! This woman was extremely rude and disrespectful to me in front of my son! I'm a mom of 3, and as a mom we tell the doctors what is wrong with our child. In one situtation she asked my son if he was out of breath and he said no, and so I looked at him and said but you have been fatigued right.... Rosemarie immediately stuck her hand out and said to me in a stern voice... You're Hispanic right?! I said Yes I am! She then said that the two and she crossed her figuers at me saying often get them confused... and left it at that leaving me very confused to why did she have to pull the Hispanic card for that. Then she kept on asking my son (16yrs old) all these health questions in which he would look at me for the answers. She wouldn't look at us both, only him making my son very nervous and causing tension. So I continued as his mother to help him answer the questions. Shortly after that, she went into asking him about school and he was trying to answer her but with a mask on and he had to gasp for air because he couldn't breath through his nose, and so I answered some questions to help him out and me being a proud mom as well. This woman literally turned around while she was drying her hands and she bent over towards me and said in a very very stern tone "WOULD YOU LET HIM ANSWER"!! And she turned right back around and kept her convo going with him. I can see in my sons face and eyes that he was nervous to what she just did and it made him very uncomfortable, that broke my heart. I was shocked, felt completely disrespected and embarrassed that she did that in front of my son! She absolutely has no right to speak to me that way! Especially when I'm answering questions innocently about my boy. It was like she wanted no part of me and last I looked, I'm his mother! So for the sake of my son I sat there and waited towards the end when she began to tell my son who by the way doesn't drive or work what medications to go purchase at CVS. I then said, excuss me... I'm the one you need to address those matters to here, his mother remember?! She said that she will give "Him" the paper and he can share it with me, (Which we never received that paper btw). Thats when I confronted her about the racist card she pulled earlier and she needed to stop being so rude to me when its unecessary. She didn't explain herself and she definitely didn't apologize to me either so that I wouldn't think she was being racist or rude, all she said was... "its all in how you perceive it"!! Then She immediately left the room and I never saw her again, THANK GOD! Seriously, in my life have I ever had to witness the disrespect, rudeness, unprofessionalism and embarrasment this woman put me through not even knowing who I am or what my family and I are going through! That is not what I was there for!!! My family and I will never set foot in that office again or any Adventhealth facility. It seems that Adventhealth only hires rude unprofessional APRN and Office Managers!! I left that aweful place very emotional, stressed, angry and with enough anxiety to make me explode. No compassion or empathy in this place and you call yourself Health Professionals!! My Son left that office with a very bad memory, she might of tried coversating with him but it was HIS MOTHER she was rude, racist and disrespectful to, and he witnessed the entire thing. She accomplished nothing but a teen disliking her as well!

Casey would not schedule me. Advised I needed the doc 1st and last name,( I only knew the last )
Also advised I needed the doc address. I asked for a manager and was place on hold for 20 mins. She was petty AF. Immature and shouldn’t be working in this environment. Advised the manager is Sidney
