I had a CT scan today at the outpatient imaging center, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional! Sara, the CT technologist, was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and took the time to explain everything to me before the scan, which really helped ease my nerves. When it came time to place my IV, she did such a great job that I didn’t even feel it! Her professionalism and gentle approach truly made the process as comfortable as possible. I always come to this facility for my imaging, and its experiences like this that keep me coming back. They are lucky to have someone like Sara on their team. Thank you, Sara, for your excellent care!

I am so impressed with this office! Tracy, Michael and Ngon went out their way to asst me. So very professional and very kind to me. I could not stop coughing and they offered me water. Great location. I was a quick check in with almost no waiting. The person at the reception desk was very good and answer all my questions. Sara was the technician that did my CT scan, she make feel
comfortable and at ease while the machine was working. I will definitely recommend Advent Health.

I recently stopped by the facility for chest x-rays. I’m uninsured and also showed up as a walk-in. The front desk associates were very helpful and informative. They were able to help me in a timely manner even though I had no appointment. The imaging tech herself, a nice young woman by the name of Sara, was very kind and helped ease my nerves about the procedure. She was very thorough in discussing my reason for the exam as well the symptoms associated. It was quick and painless. I would recommend this location to all friends and family.

They truly care for me as if I’m a family member and they are skilled at their jobs. They’ve always had a genuine smile each time I needed some testing. I came to AdventHealth Central Pasco for a diagnostic mammogram and breast ultrasound. My last mammogram experience a year ago was very painful, so I was nervous this time. However, Teresa, my technician, was incredibly patient, careful, and tender throughout the process. She didn’t cause any pain and was so kind, which made the whole experience much better.

Another great thing to mention is their system. You can easily upload the doctor's order online through a link while scheduling your appointment over the phone, and you can complete the pre-check-in process online before your visit. This saved me a lot of time on the day of my appointment.

It is so easy coming to Advent Health Imaging of Central Pasco. Making appointments is extremely easy, the facility is beautiful and the best part is honestly its staff. Iraisa is the sweetest and always smiling when you register. Sarah is who I’ve had for a Tech and she’s so amazing as well. Makes me want to stay and chat but I know they have other patients to see! 🙂

Brittany the ultrasound tec at the Bexley radiology lab was amazing. She really put me at ease during my procedure. I also saw her on my last ultrasound as well and she is truly a genuine person. Can not say enough about Brittany.
