Excellent organization, always on time and ready to help! Very pleasant and caring too…just great! Physical therapy(P/T) and Occupational Therapy(O/T) were also great too, especially the nurses! I would like to note the names of some noteworthy staff…a big shout out to: Joseph, Marieka, Sonya, Rosemary, Deborah, Keara, Natasha in the office, and I hope that I didn’t miss anybody, it wasn’t intentional, so please understand! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had back surgery April 27. Was supposed to have a home health nurse the very next day. No show no call. Then I was to have 6 home PT sessions before going back to my surgeon on May 11. I had only 3. I was under the impression that we had a set schedule made when the first therapist came the day after surgery. Schedule never just a joke. I've been doing my own exercises so that I can get well. I've waited a long time to be able to walk properly again. Advent home health care was absolutely no help to me. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Some of there caregivers are absolutely awesome this morning i had a 10am appointment with a nurse no call no show. I called the branch spoke with a less than polite don. I was told two different stories. My PT was on time while doing PT my wife came out to tell me nurse called no apology tried to make an appointment with a time between 1pm and 5pm i declined. I left a voice mail with the director lets see if she calls. There physical and occupational therapist have been great. This nurse Paul is not behaving proffessionaly or showing respect for my time. There nursing division is crazy my wife got a call from the nurse who was allegedly sick she wanted an appointment at the same time i had a doctor appointment tomorrow so we declined. Just now we got a call from that paul nurse who wants to do 9am in the morning we said yes. I am going to be thinking a lot tonight if i even need a nurse. Everything otherwise is fine with this company bottom line maybe home health care is just as broken as nursing home care. I really would have hoped home care would be superior this is our second company just not impressed

This place is absolutely horrible. My dad is incredibly ill and they not only no-showed on him for 2 days in a row, but then called out sick and no one told us, or filled in!!! After we called, the woman who answered the phone basically said that if we weren’t happy, then they wouldn’t come at all. This is ABUSE OF THE SICK. This company should be dissolved.
