Everyone was very friendly and professional. The PA was very informative and explained all the findings. All the nurses were down to earth and made me feel comfortable with the medication I was to take. The wait time wasn't terrible and I was at to get into a room. I was able to get some meds to get rid of my vertigo, walk with the PA and get back home. Overall it was a great experience.

I had a great experience with the ER staff recently after a bad experience in the woods. I fell from a tree stand while hunting and was in pain so I went to the ER. From the time we arrived till the time I left, I was treated with top notch care. I was checked on frequently and was never left wondering about a thing. The nursing staff was absolutely the best. We all had a laugh as one of the x ray techs made me a “gift” due to my injury. Hopefully I don’t have to go back but if I do, I know I will have damn great care. Thank you all for a great ER experience. It’s not like going to the ER is a fun thing to do ever but I had a blast.

Staff is extraordinary!! From check in through discharge every member was friendly,, knowledgeable, and so willing to help!! We have just been in the area for a little over three weeks and left very good medical providers and the Mercy hospital system with a bit of trepidation. We had not yet secured a primary in the area and we're really worried about a trip to the ER with no doctors we personally knew To advise us. Advent Health not only took care of the emergency needs but also gave us information and contacts that has guided us to secure a Primary Doctor and Specialists we needed. It was a great relief to have this important part of our relocation made easy by advent. I want to also commend the scheduling department who, once contacted, went above and beyond to help us find physicians!

We actually ended up here two days in a row this week. First visit was for myself, second was the following day for my toddler. Visited for 2 different things, both visits we left with no answer as to what was going on with either of us. I will say the staff is so kind and caring to everyone they encounter. Even the young lady at the front who was being badgered by inpatient patrons. We use this location when necessary for a reason, due to leaving with no answers from either visit is why my rating is only a 3 star. Typically they are very my ch on point and we leave with an understanding as to what is going on but here we were clueless and now on day 3 of norovirus and a toddler with silent seizures. I feel like more could have been done when examining my child.

I’d been to HCA Lake Monroe the day before ending up at Advent Health and the experience was night and day. Advent Health found me a room in the ER soon after I arrived by ambulance. When I got to my room, a nurse, Nina, quickly appeared and was given the run down by the paramedics before asking me about my symptoms, my pain, etc. She was so kind and really respectful of why I was there. When the PA Danielle entered, she also wanted to know everything I’d been through from the previous ER and told me clearly, and precisely what was going to happen. At no point did I have to guess, or wonder why things were happening or what would come next. I’m so grateful to the incredible staff at Advent Health Fish for taking care of me when everything went so wrong the day before. Thank you for your kind and competent staff!

Terrible experience with ER…never wound up seeing anyone. The place was packed like sardines. I was bleeding from a surgery I had that morning and they knew it but just let me sit there to wait to see someone. After an hour I left and went back to my surgeons office in NSB and they saw me immediately.
Not a good experience at all and would not recommend the ER at fish to anyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I left AMA from this hospital due to malpractice. I was in for Pancreatitis levels over 4K triglycerides. They took me off strong medication even though I told them I was going to horrible pancreatic pain. They never did an ultrasound, x ray or a scan to check the amount of inflammation in my pancreas to make a decision if I was really in need of pain meds or not. At this point I felt they were judging me that I was lying about my pain. I’m still going through pain now. I took pictures on how they left my arm so I would think twice before going to this hospital. I also told them I was getting allergies from the heart monitor stickers which they were supposed to change every 24HR if you get that irritation. I was there for a week… they changed it once. I was in 22 ICU… how can this happen?

I love the new protocol they are doing from the waiting room! From triage, to blood work, to diagnostic testing, and when you get called back to a room all your results are in, and it's a quick and easy process! The whole staff is super friendly, and so helpful. They answer every question you have and take their time with you so you can understand it. I honestly give this hospital a 5 star rating due to my full experience there!
