A relative was here twice. First time, he was discharged and a couple days later had to return because the infection got worse due to it not having been treated correctly. Second time, he was once again rushed to be discharged. Relatives requested to speak with the specialists who gave the discharge orders, but they never showed up or called. Patient was sent home with a foley, pain, enlarged prostate and affected bladder although he lives alone and has no help. Case Management Nurse Dorothy Cobbs/Dobbs repeatedly said that his family needed to care for him and she said it in a judgemental manner. He lives ALONE. Family who live nearby all work full time jobs. This patient will be alone all day and into the early evening. He is a Veteran who served the U.S.A. 29 years. He deserves adequate care from medical professionals. Very disappointed in Advent Health and its employees.

I do not know who this is for. It says Advent Health. I have recently been to Well 65 + in Sanford, where I see my primary care physician Dr. Cherry.

I have recently been to the outpatient Radiology and Lab Facility in Deltona at the corner of Saxon Boulevard and (I think) Sterling Court.

My care at both of these facilities have been excellent. I am treated well, most of the time I receive timely service and I have no complaints.

I was admitted a few days ago for abdominal pain through the ER; and as usual, I received nothing but excellent care and attention from everyone I encountered there.
My stay on the first floor, (room 1169), was full of round the clock, nurses, techs, doctors, etc...checking in on me and trying to make me comfortable and well.
I was well taken care of at Fish Hospital/Adventhealth in Orange City, and only have appreciation and gratitude for everything they did to help make me feel better while I stayed there. Thank you to all!

Have you ever wanted to receive a $600 bill just for having a quick nasal swab and merely sitting in the waiting room? Have you ever waited in a waiting room for over two hours and had hospital staff repeatedly convince you to stay, lying that a bed could open up at any moment, only to finally admit that some patients sitting nearby had been waiting for over seven hours? Have you ever wanted to receive a $2,200 bill for an E.R. visit because the billing department miscategorized your care as outpatient instead of inpatient? If you go to AdventHealth Fish Memorial expecting basic care, you will be ignored and misled into bankruptcy.

It was easy making my annual mammogram appt by phone. Check in on line was easy also. I always make an early morning visit. Only had to sit in waiting room about 10 min total. The medical technician who brought me back was most professional and polite. The service was done thoroughly and quickly! Received my results in a timely manner.

I only have high praise for each and everyone that took care of me when recently I was a patient at AdventHealth Fish Memorial. Everyone was professional, attentive and efficient. Each person was attentive and hypersensitive to my needs. Whenever I need any kind of assistance, they were quick to respond with zero attitude and always pleasant and courteous. This conduct was not limited to just medical personnel; it also was prevalent throughout the non-medical personnel such as housekeeping, and the folks that delivered your meals, receptionists, etc.,. I would not hesitate to recommend this medical establishment to anyone that requires medical aid, treatment, supervision and always done without attitude but with a friendly and receptive attitude. All of my questions were always answered to my satisfaction. No one wants to be sick but if you find yourself in that situation, you cannot find a more accomplished and professional establishment as AdventHealth Fish Memorial.

Everyone at the hospital took great care of me.The nurses and techs were there for me each and every time. Special thanks to my nurse Mary and tech Carla who were there for me each time I needed them. It makes for a good stay when you have people who care.

The nursing staff shared an eye catching glare when seeing them clean the entrance of The Bridge Homeless Shelter. Being rushed, I entered the entrance of the Bridge looking for parking, I yelled to the lady seeking parking. Kindly she gave some suggestion as I waiting for them to move their over lauded truck with debris. Our conversation was brief only to learn that they were apart of the nursing staff. Four nurses totaled gutted the bedding to the Neighborhood entrance only to think what true humanitarians of service. We all know the many contributions of serving the sick and what tremendous stress that could be , but to generously give time to such a much needed cause shares the true heart of a servant. To the nursing manager and the staff of nurses thank you for sharing the gift of mercy when know one is watching . ❤️
