Cynthia Jackson is very rude and is in the wrong business. The health care is to help people and to have compassion for people in which she clearly doesn't have this at all or even common curiosity. Sad part is that many have complained about this rude person and I feel for the elder people who go here and deal with very this very
ugly person. I hope they do something about this person cause they will not have many patent s due to her ugliness if they continue to allow this to continue there.

Today I’ve reached my limit with this center.

I could go on and rant for a few paragraphs but I’ll keep it brief.

- Incompetent staff
- Lack of concern
- You WILL feel like a number instead of a human
- Backed up scheduling. ( Even before Covid )
- Lying receptionist
The list goes on...

A full year of expensive tests and still no closer to figuring out what’s going on. My patience has run out. The search for professionals continue.

For those of you reading the horrible review by Hilary Pine Cruz, check out her other reviews on Google. She left the same exact bad review at 4 or 5 GI clinics. So take it with a grain of salt, like I did, when you're looking for a good place to go.

Cannot believe I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy in February. I was told all was well after my procedure. I received a letter dated September 19th, with results of a biopsy of my esophagus showed issues. There was an "apology" in the letter of my results stating they were sorry re: the delay in providing my results, and scheduled an appt. for me in Nov.? Sorry really? This is borderline malpractice! Will seek out another Gastro. to see what can be done about these results. Shameful!
