AdventHealth Centra Care University is hands down my top choice whenever I need to visit a clinic. From the moment I walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming…from the reception desk to the attending physician, everyone is professional, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to patient care. They take the time to listen, thoroughly diagnose, and provide the best possible treatment, making me feel valued and well cared for. Plus, their efficiency is impressive… I’m always in and out in no time without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this clinic for top-notch care and a great all-around experience!

I visited this facility Monday. I told the doctor and nurse that I had strep throat. Explained I have had strep throat 3 times a year sense childhood and I knew the symptoms. They brushed me aside and did not believe me. I tested negative for strep, so they did a throat culture. It took me asking proper question for me to get an answer on what this was/ what they where looking for/ why. Ultimately I left with no answers and in extreme pain. I started getting notifications the day after I visited in mychart of "Client Education Tracking" with no other information. After 4 of these notifications I called the office Friday and requested my culture results. I tested positive for strep. The doctor prescribed me three different medication, just for me to call my pharmacy and they only received one.
It should not take a week and multiple phone calls for me to receive proper medical care.

Disappointed. Front desk, the employee was very nice and understanding. I waited two hours to be seen by Sean Baxter, PA for 5 minutes. Told him about my two painful areas and my condition and he just repeated the same thing I told him. I left with no prescription, no help and in more pain! However, my discharge papers said that he prescribed me two medications and one topical medication which didn’t happened… what a horrible experience. Lying on the treatment and not being helpful. I wasted my time and money.

Rushed the care as appointment was later in the day at 4:30. Shoved a Covid test up my nose and then tossed in garbage after Md said it was unnecessary as I’d been sick over 2 weeks. Then sent rx to wrong pharmacy and had to chase those rx to be able to get them filled. Not a fan will not be back to this location.

After an hour & a half wait time, I was seen by a Dr. Who did not diagnose my bladder infection. Sent me to the ER, where it was found. Was told they had more extensive testing, which is true. All were courteous & professional.

Best Urgent Care! I drive out of my way to go to this one. Sliced my hand in the knuckle and the doctor did an amazing job stitching it with minimal stitches.

Genuinely these people saved my life. I had gone to the clinic at my University twice and the CVS clinic once and was not given the care I needed. I had the worst cough and sore throat and I couldn’t find relief, I was throwing up every single night to the point where I hadn’t slept in days, and I scheduled the appointment here purely out of desperation. I was helped fairly quickly when I arrived for my appointment, and when I talked to the doctor she ran every test possible to address my concerns and prescribed me something for pretty much all of my discomfort. I just had my appointment yesterday and I’m already feeling so much better!

I spent $80 and two hours on a work day just for them to tell me that I don't have strep throat and there was nothing they could do for me since it was likely viral. And that I couldn't get a Covid test or flu test since I didn't have any other symptoms. I even checked the status of my own test results before I saw the doctor. And then I saw the doctor for not even 5 minutes. This would have all been fine if it only took 30 min but 2 hours and $80 just to be told to go home and hope it goes away is crazy. Plus, you can't look anywhere in that building without seeing a message from god.
