I just had a wonderful experience at theTrinity location! From check-in to discharge I was treated with kindness. The clinical team listened to my concerns and were very empathetic. Great service. Friendly staff. Quick response time. From welcome desk to doc I was satisfied with the experience. That is uncommon in my experience with urgent cares. Most of the time I feel that they just rush through and send me on my way. Didn’t feel that way here. I will make this place my first stop moving forward.

Was seen in the urgent care and had a great visit! I was in and out in 30 minutes. Sydney the provider and the nurses Daniela and Gleny, were amazing. I will definitely be back!

Visited the Odessa office yesterday 2/1/25 and the young lady at the front desk provided zero customer service. I initially thought she was having a bad day until I observed her become employee of the year when the next patient walked in. I brought this to the PA, Maria’s attention and she stated she would pass my concerns to the appropriate party. Advent please do better with in regards to customer service, because it’s lacking at your Odessa office. Note: Maria your NP did an excellent job!!!

What a wonderful experience, I had to get a physical done for the coast guard to get my captan’s license renewed. They were quick and very helpful, thank you to the provider Sydney and the nurse Gleny. The whole team was great!!

Staff is friendly and professional. Providers have good bedside manner. There is usually very little wait time with or without an appointment. The examinations/consultations are appropriate for what you would expect from an urgent care. In-house flu/covid testing is convenient. I was referred for an X-ray which was conducted at a nearby AdventHealth imaging center just a short drive away. My provider had some concerns that warranted a higher level of care, so she set me up with a referral to a specialist in which the referral department promptly followed up on. The facility is clean and conveniently located to my home. I will definitely be visiting this location again if I am not feeling well. Thank you!
