I needed stitches after a fall. Mirian, the receptionist was so patient with me when my phone was not able to connect with their Internet to confirm my information. Jennifer, the nurse was very friendly and compassionate. Brent the PA was also compassionate and very capable of stitching since he at one time worked in the OR. The wait was minimal. My experience was excellent!

I booked an appointment online at 1am for 9am. I was early and made sure to do the check in. I was taken back early, tested, and spoken to in a timely and professional manner. I was on my way to pick up my prescription by 9:17. This is the quickest urgent care I have ever been to. I've been with advent health since Oct of last year and haven't had a bad experience with them at all. The urgent care visit was fast, the nurse made sure to ask about the tests I wanted to run, and the NP made sure to communicate with me, made sure to switch a prescription because of an allergy, and both told me and gave me written instructions for my prescription. All around just a pleasant experience which was wonderful to not be stressed out when I was feeling so ill. Thank you all so much!

I had an appointment at 4:20 and everything was on time. No waiting. Enjoyed my appointment with Jared. Very courteous and very knowledgeable. Made me feel so much better after he explained what was going on with me. Yes, I would rather my experience today as a 5 plus visit.

Easy access to make an appointment. All documents requested were filled out online prior to arrival. Waited 10 minutes and entire staff was friendly, courteous and professional throughout entire process. Prescriptions were sent to local pharmacy, by the time I left office, and arrived at Walgreens, scripts ready. Highly recommend!

They saw me in a fast amount of time. The receptionist was friendly, the person taking my blood pressure, temperature and oxygen levels was nice. The PA who checked me I felt very confident in a qualifications.

We were able to get an appointment that day. I know it was not busy there but they were so quick. Every person I came in contact with on the way out told me to get better. We will definitely use their services if ever needed again.

It was our first experience in this location last night. We waited a little big longer to be seen since they were delayed in their appointments, perhaps for 30ish minutes. Understand they only had one provider working. The place is wonderful. The front desk staff ladies were wonderful and EXTREMELY helpful with us. We may have been there a total of 2 hr, maybe! That is a better time than going to ER, which is no less than 5 hours. You need to go here if it's not a critical situation.
If there’s a competition among the AH clinics, these gals deserve a raise or recognition. They treat us with respect and compassion and provide the best medical treatment. Very knowledgeable his NP, since my fiance has underlined medical conditions and didn't need to go to ER.

I made an appointment earlier in the afternoon to be at the Advent center care on Granada Boulevard by 6 PM. I was able to get there a little bit early and I didn’t sit in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. If that. I went to the room in the back and spoke with the nurse And went through all my vitals, and I had already explained online. The reason I was coming. The nurse practitioner saw me and very short order and told me what I had and that my Covid and flu test were negative so I was happy with that. The staff was really wonderful and welcoming. Great job!
