Stood in a line at the entrance (no appointment). Thought I'd be there forever. Contrary to that, the line moved quickly. I barely sat down and was wicked back. I was in and out within an hour. The care was excellent and caring. Kudos to the wonderful staff.

The staff is personable and friendly. I didn't wait more than a minute to be called into the doctor office and the nurse followed me right in to do vitals. They had the antibiotics they prescribed on hand, so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy for it. I love AdventHealth and would highly recommend this location!

Friday February 7, I came in with serious cold symptoms. Dr. badger was great. Prescribed three prescriptions. However, the one prescription To relieve coughing, did not work. So I called Sunday, February 9. Asking them to prescribe a different prescription. They informed me Dr. badger was not in today that I would have to come in again To get a different prescription. I asked would I have to pay the $55 co-pay again Was informed no. So I went in. Getting there I was told I would Have to pay the $55 co-pay Again! This was Unacceptable. It’s just principle not the money.. Why would I have to pay again just to find a prescription that worked? Needless to say, I walked out.. frustrated I tried to call the manager. I was informed the manager was not there.. That can only be accessed by phone and of course I could not get that number.. I am very disappointed in Adventhealth

We were able to schedule online for a 2:20 appointment on the same day. We were able to get in a little early and my wife was tested for the flu. In a short time the doctor confirmed my wife was tested positive for the flu and prescribed medication for her condition. Very happy with the service.

I called CentraCare to request a wait time estimate and was told 45 minutes by a very nice lady. Upon arrival, the checkin process was fast and the lobby area was extremely clean. They even have a children’s’ room, coffee bar, and tv. I only waited half an hour before being taken back by Vanessa, who was so sweet to me. Dr Joy was my care provider, and she also was as nice as can be. From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience at this location and will return when the need arises. Thank you everyone!

All of the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Dr. Buck didn't hesitate to ensure that I had a referral to a specialist right away so I could get my eye looked at before it worsened.

I was able to get into an ophthalmologist today with that referral and they found that I needed strong steroids due to my autoimmune issues attacking my eye. I am thankful It was treated with seriousness and I was able to get it taken care of expediently.
