My primary care provider at this location is Drew Reynolds. I’ve been seeing Drew for a few years now. Drew is a PA with unimaginable skills. Frankly, I don’t know where to begin. I cannot say enough wonderful things. From the moment you walk into their office, you feel truly cared for. Drew has the best people skills I have ever encountered in any medical professional. Compassionate and genuinely invested in his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain things thoroughly and ensure you feel heard and understood. His medical knowledge is second to none and I always leave feeling confident in my care. If you’re looking for a primary care provider who combines expertise with empathy, look no further. Highly recommend! Wherever Drew goes, I go! I also find the office staff to be amazing.

Made an appointment for children's Flu shots, checked in on time. Waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Asked the front desk and they brushed it off like who cares. Go anywhere else but here.

The few times I’ve had to visit this location the staff has been friendly, efficient and professional. The MA greeted me, accessed my concerns and the MD was efficient, kind and timely. Thank you for displaying our Service Standards“Making It Easy” and “Love Me”

I took my mom here here to have stitches removed. Everyone was very kind and professional. The first time we went the stitches were not ready to be removed. I appreciate the dr who saw her letting her know that bc she was very nervous that it was too soon (and it turns out she was right)! He told us to come back over the weekend. When she returned she was seen by the same dr and he was great, he was very gentle with removing the stitches and he was very nice and friendly. This location does a a great job, even when they are busy they are efficient and the wait time is very low. We have gone to a couple of other urgent cares in the area over the years, but this will be the one the come back to if/when we need to.

Excellent experience in and out of the Urgent Care. Very little wait time and even faster once I was seen. Clean facility and very kind admin staff, triage nurse and physician.

I was extremely impressed with the doctor. She listened to everything I had to say and didn't make me feel rushed. She didn't have the equipment needed to look at my eyes, so she didn't charge me. Only reason I'm knocking off a star is because I had actually called ahead of time to make sure they had the equipment, because I know not all urgent care centers do. I called the number provided, but the woman I talked to on the phone was technically at a different location, and she said they would have the equipment. So I took off of work and wasted 2 hours there. But I will definitely be back for other urgent care needs because the doctor and front staff were so fantastic.

I visited Centra Care but did not have improvement so I called back Wednesday morning with no response from a provider I called again in the afternoon and no provider reached out to me. I just wanted a Rx for Methyprednisone for swelling in my sinuses. I finally received a return call 24 hours later. I also requested a return to work note to cover me to return to work on Friday. If I had not been put on ignore I could have returned to work Thursday which was the original return to work note. I am a nurse at Advent Orlando pediatric surgery. It would not be a good idea to return to work and expose patients and parents when I was ill with chills and congestion. The discharge instructions say to call back if you need assistance but then I was ignored. To require me to return and pay an additional $50.00 for a new work note is unacceptable. I have worked at Advent Health for for over 30 years and I expect better treatment.

Friendly and very helpful -it was Very refreshing to be asked how can I help you instead of do you have insurance. Of course, insurance is important, but this was not their first quest for me this morning. Very empathetic and made me feel important.
