I am writing this review as I continue to wait almost two hours to be seen. I had an appointment which clearly counts for nothing. I found it funny that while waiting they have a paper asking for satisfied reviews in the room. Learn to manage your patient load and don’t make appointments that you can’t get to in a reasonable time. Appointment was 11:40 I was not called back until 1:10pm it is now 1:30 and still no Dr. what a joke

This is the only Centra Care office I've ever visited, and it has been an amazing experience!! Unfortunately I had to come for a work related accident and from the minute I walked through the door, their staff was exceptionally helpful! The front desk staff addressed me professionally and with a happy spirit, helped me understand exactly what I was going to experience on my visit. Then when I got into the back, all of the staff was very compassionate, friendly and extremely helpful. The entire experience was a pleasant one, I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

The medical team performed perfectly, and my wait time without an appointment was reasonable. I was out in approximately one hour. The reception staff needs a little work. They could be more friendly and compassionate, and less robotic. I say this based on my experience and my observations while sitting in the waiting room.

Very friendly staff! Everyone is so professional! I always get the best treatment here and they don’t just treat me like a patient, they treat me like family! They are very caring and properly assess my situation and provide me with the best and most comfortable options! The Nurse Practitioners are very knowledgeable and helped me with my pain! I was completely satisfied with my experience at the Mount Dora Advent Health Urgent Care today. I had a reservation and I didn't have a chance to sit down prior to being called in for my appointment. Everyone was very efficient and I was treated quickly and left the office with the treatment I needed. Very pleased with my visit today. Great quality care.

Dr. Katie was amazing! She made a not good situation the best it could be! With it being cootie season I came in and had my entourage with me and she engaged with all 3, making them feel at ease and the process as quick as possible! Getting us in and out! So, that I could be on the road to recovery! Her energy was great for the end of the day and all my kiddos were raving about her! Also a shout out to the X-ray tech who did my vitals and check out sorry I forgot her name but she was amazing as well with myself and kiddos! Thank you Centra care once again for outstanding service and care!

The check-in through AdventHealth system was great. The weight to see a care provider was reasonable as I didn't have an appointment. Everyone was pleasant. Overall a very good experience.
