Went in today for a sick visit. Upon entering I was quickly greeted and helped. The check in process was easy and “Sophie” and “Alina” made small talk with me to help my anxiety with being sick. They had smiles and welcomed each and everyone that walked in.
After checking in I only had to wait about 5 minutes before being called back for my vitals. I was then sent back into the lobby to wait, which maybe only took 10 minutes. I was quickly seen by Craig Dean, he was professional and proficient with time. All of my questions were answered and I was sent on my way to recovery. This office was absolutely fantastic to work with and I definitely will be using them in the future.

Took my baby in today because he had a pretty deep cut on his finger. Carla at the front desk was an absolute delight! We saw dr drew I believe his name was, and he was super nice! He made me feel better about the situation, and was so nice and patient with my son! 10/10!

Was amazed they could do just about everything a hospital could. Walked in was seen quickly and meds given to help me out. Dr. Craig was pretty awesome there. Front staff was amazing. Will definitely use them again

Amazing staff. Extremely caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. I am so grateful I was able to see them. They went above and beyond to help me. I will always choose this place for my family for non emergencies and when a Dr. Appointment isn't available. THANK YOU Gemma!

When I walked in with my 2 yr old daughter, we were greeting immediately from the front desk. The check in process was very quick and pleasant. We were taken back within a few min and the nurse was very sweet and kind to my daughter and made her feel comfortable. The Dr came in shortly after we went back and was Informative and quick which was great for my 2 yr old. Very happy, thank you!

Do not recommend going here. Unfortunately my work chose this place to send me so I have no choice. Set up an appointment, get a reminder text saying your appointment is at such and such time. Then when walk ins continue to be called back I go ask how far behind they are on appointments? Their response we don’t have appointments they are just reservations. Hello the text message said appointment. 1 1/2 hrs after my appointment time is when I was seen after every one of the walk ins that were there when I went in were taken back. Another lady had an appointment she waited and finally went and asked why they haven’t been seen. She was told that they aren’t appointments just reservations. She asked so walk ins and “reservations” are treated the same. The lady proceeded to tell her that those with reservations are top priority. I told other customer that’s bullsh!t they have done nothing but walk ins and my appointment was already an hour late. Had they actually said it was a “reservations” and you are seen as you come in I sure as hell wouldn’t have stayed in my car for 30 minutes waiting for the 15 min mark before my appointment so I didn't have to sit around a bunch of sick people I would have went in as I watched every single one of the walk ins walk up to the door. I heard so many bad things about this place but never thought it would really be bad until today and now I am stuck going there for these work appointments.

Appointment was made late Saturday night after my son had an outbreak. I was happy and surprised to see appointments available for Sunday Monday. Our apt was at 9 we got there at 8:40 sign in was quick and receptionist Carla and Charline was very polite. Service was very quick loved the in out out.
