I have been to this Urgent Care three times now I brought two other people in the last 2 months and today it was my turn! All three times the wait time was minimal the staff was attentive and took care of my friends quickly and thoroughly! Today I saw Sabrina at the front desk, my nurse was Zoe and I saw Dr Rohinie Hereman. She recognized my symptoms spoke kindly of my PCP who she knows and got me out of there with three prescriptions for upper respiratory infection in less than an hour! I would give them a 10-star review if I could! Thank you Sabrina, Zoe and Dr Hereman!

Check in was quick and easy. The atmosphere was quiet and environment was clean and welcoming.
The nurse was friendly and communicated effectively. The provider (NP) was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and explained everything to me clearly. The entire process was smooth and much quicker than I expected.

Excellent experience at AdventHealth CentraCare Clermont! I arrived on a Friday night at 7:06pm, got checked-in right away, had my vitals taken and lab work drawn and processed immediately. I waited maybe 2 minutes for the P.A. who reviewed my lab results, wrote my prescription and I got my $10 antibiotic right then and there at the clinic, and was back in my car at 7:24pm. Amazing! I was dreading the potential wait on a Friday night, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The admin and nursing staff were all very caring and attentive. So grateful!!! I will not hesitate to use this urgent care again. Highly recommend!

The entire staff was very friendly and professional from the time that I walked in. I only waited at five minutes and this was without an appointment. Blair Burns,PA,was very efficient and empathetic. The discharge nurse was equally kind and knowledgeable. This was such a pleasant experience, which I desperately needed as I was not feeling well at all.

I had a great experience here. Lisa checked me in and was super helpful and accommodating. I didn’t even sit down to wait before April took me back to be seen by Camille. Camille was knowledgeable and got me the treatment I needed. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes, maybe less.
