The receptionist (Jachelie) provided thoughtful, informative and exceptional services at the front desk, once the paperwork was completed; the whole staff were assertive and very polite towards my children during our visit.
I definitely recommend this AdventHealth to anyone who's looking for genuine care.

Wow! A clean, professional, pleasant facility! Jachelie at the front desk was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I was efficiently checked in for my visit. The MA Hilary was very kind, and the Xray tech Dan was efficient and personable. The provider Amber was so knowledgeable and personable. The team there really cares! I will use this location for all of my urgent care and corporate needs! 10/10 recommend!

The wait was not very long, the Np and the medical assistant were kind, i got there with a lot of pain in my neck and head with limited movement. In the evening after taking the medication the pain was gone and the mobility had improved. I thank all staff the front desk girls fast and friendly the bathroom and the clinic spotless.

So glad I chose this clinic for my horrible respiratory infection! My congestion, headache, and cough were unbearable. Thanks to NP Amber P., I felt so much better within the next two days and was able to go back to work. Also, the clinic was clean and their staff very courteous.

I was able to make an appointment last minute for some severe stomach issues I was having. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful and I was seen within 15 minutes! The nurse who took care of me was so sweet as well. Dr. Marc was great and made me feel so much more at ease and comfortable. I would definitely recommend going here for any urgent care needs and I will not hesitate to return if ever need to utilize urgent care again! The whole staff was great and they truly take care of their patients 🙂 the facility was clean and welcoming - in a time like this I really did appreciate seeing sprinkles of Jesus everywhere too !

I love this urgent care but today was an unusually long wait with reservation. I understand there was a complicated case before me, and I am quite patient, but the only reason I knew this was because I overheard it being explained in the hallway. Someone coming to give me a head's up would have been great. The staff is always kind, knowledgeable and caring.
