The front desk workers were great. I was pleasantly acknowledged as soon as I walked in the building and helped quickly. The doctor I saw was excellent! She's professional, caring, thoroughly check you and has a great personality. I had seen her in previous visits and was so glad she was taking care of me again. Everyone that took care of me today seem happy to be at work and deserve more than five stars!

The best urgent care in Tampa by far!! I went in to have a PPD Skin Test done for an upcoming job I have lined up. I was able to easily schedule my initial appointment and my follow up appointment online. Both times, Tammy greeted me and got me checked-in. She’s exceptional and such a delight to talk to! Both nurses and the primary care doctor I saw were very sweet and friendly as well. They did a great job with answering any questions and explaining the process. I never wait more than 10-20 minutes in the waiting room and the place is very clean! Great customer service and great care!

My visit went very smoothly. Front staff, Del and Tammy were helpful and kind. The nurse, Alex was extremely nice, thorough with rooming me and explaining the process. There was a delay and Alex kept me informed with everything. Mark did a thorough exam and discussed treatment process. Overall, I give my visit an A+ !!

The staff at Advent Health Centra Care are phenomenal. I walked in for a test right as they were opening the doors and was greeted warmly by the reception team. They are vibrant, jovial and kind, and it lifted my spirit.

The facility is clean and all the nurses I have seen here have been wonderful and efficient. If you need urgent medical care outside of routine visits and emergencies, I would highly recommend making an appointment or walking in here.

Bonus!!! The kids play area is so cute!

My husband and I went to the ER at noon today because his pick line wasn’t working because that’s what Doctor Carrigans office told us to do. we had just been admitted to the ER on the 12th because he had an infected shoulder. We were discharged from the hospital yesterday after we had issues with the pick line there. We were in the ER for seven hours and the pick line team never came. They had to put a peripheral IV in Welker to give him his vancomycin which he has to get infused every 12 hours The ER nurses and the staff never came in the room and checked on us. We had to go out and ask what was going on it was not a good experience. my husband got tired of waiting so we left. We were gone for five minutes when the PA in the ER called us back and said the pick team had finally shown up seven hours later. They said they had been at the hospital. I’m not sure if that story is true or not, but I am not pleased with any of this care that went on today. And another issue was that if the original person who put the pick line in had told me what kind of pick line it was and how to handle it I would’ve never had experience this today so there’s not much education in that hospital and the nurses didn’t know what to do either and the nurses I am referring to are the nurses that were on the floor that took care of Welker for five days
