This medical facility has everything you need. Wonderful physicians and lab/x-ray all in one location. Front desk staff are so friendly and helpful with scheduling and checking you in. This location is spotless clean too!! I recommend my physician Dr. Miser to anyone who asks for a doctor referral. She is just wonderful!! As are her staff!!

Great service from beginning to end. The facility is wonderful, new, clean, very organized. Wait time was very short. Love Dr Miser, my appointment was not rushed and I had all my questions and concerns answered. Definitely recommend. Very impressed.

Dr Hornstein really takes the time to listen and answers any concerns I have. She shows compassion and truly cares. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for a doctor that cares and takes those extra steps to make you feel like you matter. I may have health issues that sometimes brings me down, but knowing I am getting the best care possible and having someone I trust to help along the way is a blessing.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Their website/App allows you to see details about yourself, including options to choose an appointment, see your lab results, your prescriptions, and more. Dr. Ahmed was great! He asked many questions and listened to every detail and all my concerns. I never felt rushed. The nurse who took my blood work was a pro! I was in and out in 2 minutes, and it was almost completely painless. Test results were the same day via the app. The building is so clean and peaceful. They even have a section where you can purchase coffee and baked goods. I highly recommend them and will continue to return for as long as I need. Nurse Rene was also so helpful. I had some concerns about the meds I was prescribed, and she was able to answer all my questions, Thank you everyone!

The AdventHealth at Heathbrook site is clean, organized & efficient. The hours of business are convenient & appointments are easy to get. The front staff are helpful, & efficient. My primary care physician Dr. S W. Luu listens to me, is thoughtful & efficient. I am never rushed. The check-in & check-out Nurses are great. They provide copies of test orders, lab results & visit summary within minutes of seeing the doctor. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Luu and her colleagues. Thank you for great care!!

I had a 7:40 am apt. I left my house at 6:45 so I could drive the 25 miles 1-way and arrive on time. I had a very busy day and needed to get home to start work. I arrived at 7:25. I was shown to the exam room to wait to be seen by the doctor. I left at 8:15, the doctor never showed up. This is the second and last time this will happened to me. I received countless text and email messages reminding me of the appointment. Maybe you should send them to your doctors too. Remind them to show up for work. My faith and confidence in Advent Health is all but gone. How can I expect to get quality and competent care if your doctors can’t even show up to work? I have been reimbursed my copay and I need to know where to send the invoice for my wasted time and gas. Doesn’t AdventHealth Health charge for a missed appointment?
