These gals and guys are awesome. They are all very friendly caring and actually listen to you and are concerned about your well being and health. They always smile and make your visit very comfortable laid back and in a very friendly and calming atmosphere. Debra the owner and all her staff are phenomenal and really take excellent care of everyone. Would Highly recommend them without hesitation at all. Thank you to all of you and I would definitely go back to them. 😃😊

This is a great physical therapy spot for those of us that live in the SW area of Redding. Debra no longer owns the business (She was fabulous) but ppl need to retire at some point. It continues to be a wonderful business with more than qualified professionals. I go on and off as necessary if I reinjure myself and they get me going again.

Friendly staff assigned to appointments but Owner is the only licensed therapist at this business. She is very opinionated, directly disagreeing with my post surgery directives after total hip replacements. Dr says "dry compress only" over bandaged area, she says "wet compress is normal protocal". Dr says "wait 6-8 weeks before soaking in bath", she says "ok after staples are removed" at 2 weeks. Any attempt to discuss my concerns was shut down as she knows more than my surgeon or any number of online references on avoiding infection. Also unable to schedule 3 alternating days per week ( to avoid injury after several years of mobility issues) due to limited days open Monday - Thursday only.
