Took my daughter for her first time ever visit.. she went in a little scared and by the time we had only taken her weight and X-rays she said “mommy I love my new doctors”! Thank you Dr Williams and his D.A. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but I know her face! 10000/10 recommendations!!

I love this place!! Took a bit to get seen even though I had a scheduled appointment, but now I know it’s because they ensure each patient is receiving great detailed care! Especially the kids!!

First you have to give them proof you are your child’s parent. I had to bring a note from my kids Pediatrian to even make an appointment. Never have I had to do that ever for any doctor. last time I got my three kids appointments set up for their next cleaning. Two days before it was time for their cleaning I get a text with totally different times on that same day. I called and was told they only have one hygienist that day so they have to spread them out. That is not ok to change things without calling and confirming it! I had to cancel two of them.

Just started using this office about a year or 2 ago, can't quite remember. The first couple of visits went great once they actually got seen. In emergent cases I still had to wait months to be seen. There's only 1 dentist there and when I started they didn't have a permanent dentist at all. He was great at first but after my youngest's last appointment I want to switch. Not properly numbing up patients was a red flag, taking too long during a procedure with a 6yr old's mouth opened wide causing her jaw to be extremely sore and her throat to hurt so bad she went the rest of the day not able to eat or drink much is a huge problem of mine. The nurse I had last was the best I've seen. She helped me advocate for my daughter who was being bullied for her front teeth damage that should've been repaired first in my opinion especially after I've asked for months for them to start there. They also don't pay attention to patients names and that can be dangerous if you get the wrong one back there. They will also move your appointment without notifying you or just plain cancel it with no warning so that when you get there after months of waiting they tell you the appointment was actually cancelled. That's ridiculous for someone who drives over half an hour just to use this office and has to take kids out of school just to get there and have to turn around without a doctor's excuse for school to be ok with them missing school.

Best dentist around for kids!
Super nice employees, gives balloons to the kids and makes it a fun experience. The girls always try to work people in who don’t confirm or who are late and are super friendly!!

We waited quite some time for the new Doctor as everyone but after this last visit I ask my kids how did it go they said they he was so gentle my son slept through his procedure and my daughter who was getting her very first fillings at 4 years old didn’t even cry when getting anesthesia. They love him thank you advantaged dental for treating my children as if they were your own. We really feel like family there.

My autistic toddler had his first dentist appointment with Advantage dental today and it was amazing. He does not like any doctor settings so he was very uneasy. Kayla and Dr Williams were so patient with him and actually got him to cooperate for the most part. As an autism parent, I was really nervous about him seeing the dentist because I know he doesn’t like to be touched. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Such caring and patient staff…highly recommend them

They left me a vm today confirming my son's appt I called back later in the day to confirm his appt for tomorrow and they cancelled it. This isn't the 1st incident my son had a loose tooth they wouldn't pull it I paid 100 bucks at another dentist to have his tooth pulled. I don't feel they were checking on his teeth often enough so I'm switching dentist.
