I can't opine on the level of or quality this doctor provides since they never called with an appointment after being referred by my mother's primary care doctor. I called in early December after waiting for two weeks after the referral. The person I spoke to on the phone rudely told me that there were no openings for referrals until February. I understand that the office is likely very busy; however, a little compassion and courtesy goes a long way. We asked mom's doctor for a referral to another office and they called within an hour and half of receiving the referral and set up an appointment.
