Walked in and out within an hour. Couldn’t be more satisfied. I had an impressive fever and surrendered to urgent care. I was greeted by helpful staff. I was roomed rather quickly, saw a nurse, Cindie, who patiently asked many questions, reviewed all body systems and discussed her findings, giving explanations. She is obviously capable, professional, kind, and also gave me “Peace of Mind”, priceless. Would I return if necessary? YES

I visited this urgent care during a busy time, and while the wait was a bit longer than expected, the staff remained incredibly polite and professional. Despite the rush, they took the time to listen and provide quality care. The facility was clean, and the team worked efficiently to ensure everyone was seen as quickly as possible.

As an “out of towner” I came in sick with the flu on my vacation. People should understand that this place is not just a walk-in urgent care place, they do a lot of other services like MRIs and employer, exams, drug tests, etc.. so I had to wait a while about two hours to be seen because they have all these scheduled people who come in with appointments and are seeing ahead of you. That said when I finally did get in to see the physician he was fantastic, he listened to me and prescribed some medication that knocked out my flu within a couple days. Very thankful for that because we were on vacation and didn’t wanna spend the whole trip sick. So I’m giving them four stars only because of the long wait but I highly recommend their service. Just be aware that you might have to wait.

Brought my daughter in after she fell and hit her head on a rock and needed a little surgical glue. Everyone was so nice and professional. In and out within an hour. Perk, she was able to get a scoop of ice cream next door afterwards! Thank you guys!

Website and signs on the building say they close at 5:30, taking in their last patient at 5:00, showed up at 4:50 due to getting out of work and they have the front door locked, not even having the decency to let someone in and tell them to come back a different day. Absolutely ridiculous, not much of an “urgent” care.

I’ve been here multiple times before and have had great service, but locking the door early so you can get home early… not great customer service.

Love this place! The staff is amazing. I’ve had a litany of health issues in the last few years, and their staff has gone above and beyond to help. Far better service than the doctors I’ve been to, and surgeons who ordered testing. I came to Advanced urgent care for the ordered tests, and after a lengthy run around from my surgeon’s office, Cari was able to take care of my issue in 5 minutes. Their office staff care about their patients! Can’t say enough good about everyone at Advanced Urgent Care in Key Largo. 🤙

I am a new patient of Jamie Horvat at Advanced Primary Care, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was able to get in with her quickly and was treated great by all of her staff. Jamie was an absolute pleasure to work with and truly knows her stuff. She is kind, professional, and attentive. From check-in to check-out, I can't stress enough how smooth they made it for me. They did my blood work for an annual check-up and accurately diagnosed an issue I was told was Achilles tendon-related. It turned out to be a bone spur, and Jamie prescribed the right treatment, addressing the problem effectively. I highly recommend Jamie Horvat and the team at Advanced Primary Care for their outstanding care!! I will definitely come to them for anything else that I need.

We needed to visit urgent care during a family vacation to the Keys due to a family member getting unexpectantly ill. Despite it being very busy when we arrived, we were called in within 10-15 mins (we were able to wait in the car). The staff were incredibly professional, kind and helpful every step of the way. It truly felt like they cared about the patient and family members accompanying. They were able to provide immediate care/testing and provided clear recommendations for next steps, follow-up. Highly recommend this place if you need urgent care/medical help.
