This is my first time meeting this doctor via telehealth that was recommended by my lawyer but I was really disappointed. I have an appointment with him at 10 am. I was even 5 minutes early from the said appointment but the doctor was still late. I called the clinic and said maybe the doctor was still attending some patient, which is understandable. After 15 minutes of wait the doctor finally came on zoom. This doctor started to ask questions and after 5 minutes, a staff hold him a cellphone and told me he will be back. I waited on zoom for another 45 minutes but this doctor never came back. While still on hold, I decided to call the law firm and said they will report this to the clinic and the clinic will give me a call back, which never did. This is the first time, I encountered a very unprofessional doctor and have their patients waited for almost an hour without any explanation. Very disappointed.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Nissanoff! I have never had such an easy experience with accessing a healthcare specialist until now! I received a response pretty quickly when trying to get an appointment. He truly listens to you when you’re describing your symptoms and is extremely knowledgeable about all things ortho and navigating healthcare/insurance. He is great at putting your mind to ease and giving reassurance when needed. I ended up needing to get my cast readjusted at 7pm and he got back to me really quickly and met me in his office 20 minutes later. I cannot thank him enough for his excellent care!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nissanoff for several years. For right upper shoulder pain radiating down my right leg. On my first visit, Doc explained everything to me regarding my abnormal findings on my examination. Doc had me doing several different tests to confirm my diagnosis, physical therapy while waiting on my Worker’s Comp. insurance to approve me for surgery. I’m so glad Dr. Nissanoff and his staff members Eva and Heidi work very hard to make this happen this year getting the authorization approved for my surgery last month. I’m feeling better doing my recovery still having weakness which is expected on the type of surgery I had on my right shoulder. Waiting to start physical therapy. I recommend Dr. Nissanoff to everyone. He’s the great orthopedic surgeon. Thanks again Doc.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Nissanoff. I broke my femur skateboarding and ended up in the ER. Not only did Dr. Nissanoff answer the call in the middle of the night but I was out of surgery by noon the next day. Thanks to his expertise, surgery has been without any complications and recovery exceptional. I'm nearly back to full strength after about three months. Dr. Nissonoff is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon who will go above and beyond for your surgery.

At first i went to my primary care physician for a suspected BICEP detach tear and I was referred to a network systematic contract doctor, at first The doctor was RUDE., and i did not feel comfortable in his hands.

So I went for a second opinion with DR. Nissonoff and I felt comfortable It was worth it, He performed a top grade surgery with minimal cutting and I was told when it heals I will barely even notice any scaring and will function if not better than normal. The surgery only took thirty eight minutes.

2 Months have passed and my arm bicep is fully functional.

So far, very rude staff. A bad phone connection coupled with staff that doesn't really understand how to communicate with any sort of respect or understanding makes for very disgruntled potential patients.
