I am a medical professional myself. There is nothing “urgent” about this place. They move like molasses. Steven the NP and Aram the nurse were very nice. But this group needs a lesson in what “urgent” care is.

Highly unimpressive. Had to take my mother for medical help while on holiday from Ireland. They charge you over $170 before even filling in a form. After 2 X-rays, a brief consultation with a nurse - practitioner we then waited over an hour for a simple injection. Eventually we walked out and told them we were leaving WITHOUT getting the treatment as we were fed up waiting - and no they were not busy. Amazingly the injection was suddenly given. Another $130 had to be paid. And the diagnosis ? Go to the ER !! Total waste of time.
( Went to ER who gave same injection but stronger and pain relief in tablet form. And they had direct billing with travel insurance company ).

Had an urgent last minute need to be seen by a doctor but really wanted to avoid the ER. I came in 15 minutes before closing and they graciously got me seen. I arrived at the cvs pharmacy to find it had already been closed. Not knowing what else to do I drove back to the now closed Advanced Medical and asked the nurse, Enrique, walking out to his car if there was any way to get the prescription sent to a pharmacy that was still open. I am so thankful to him and all the staff tonight for getting me the relief I desperately needed. They were all great here and I would highly recommend them. They go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you so much.

The only place in town that I trust with my life. They accept walk-ins, I've been in and out within an hour without an appointment, nurse practitioner Steven mitnick is fantastic. After 20 years of smoking he helped me quit and I've been smoke-free for over a year. He literally saved my life. Everyone I've ever dealt with there has always been extremely polite and professional. The whole staff from checking in to check it out is great.

Terrible, I am reporting to the state. I went in with a broken arm, they xrayed and found nothing, only offered ibuprofen and a sling. I called back with extreme pain, they reffered me to an ortho who was on vacation for 2 weeks... I complained again. They reffered me to a sports medicine specialist 6 days out...

I finally went into a different urgent care who xrayed, and found the break, cast my elbow and responsibly medicated me.

Advance is too focused on addiction and opioid crisis to perform actual medicine, and give actual medication. May as well have gone to a yoga center. Not the first time they misdiagnosed, mistreated, or completely whiffed with me... I feel bad for their other victims.

10 seven 83 incase anyone cares enough to read this. I'm guessing not. I demand a refund. You did NOTHING useful, and other doctors had to fix it.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I have never been treated so terrible. The reception staff can't speak English, the medical tech can't answer any questions and the doctor will only see you if you agree to all charges. They tried to tell me I needed a chest X Ray for something that was unrelated to what I was being seen for and wanted me to pay cash outside of my insurance. This place is a SCAM and I am reporting them to the BBB and the state! I am a nurse and will see to it that this place be brought to justice. Stay away from here.

My son broke his arm. Before I came in I called and asked if the doctor would cast it there. I called twice to make sure. I was told yes. The doctor didn't even show me the xray or explain the break in his arm only that we had to go to orthopedic. They wrapped his arm. Charged us $400. And said they would send referral. They never did. He broke his arm at noon on Friday. We left at 3:00. I called Monday twice and was told they would send referral. They never did. I just had to make a new appointment with orthopedic. I literally wasted $400 at this place I will NEVER go again. What a joke.

Very disappointing- walked in with my son on an urgent allergic reaction both legs covered with hives and high fever - took long time for an old doctor to walk in and he didn’t even look at the chart and talked about the skin rash / reaction he ordered an lung X-ray without noticing the hives .,, and walked out on us …. No explanation - after waiting another 30 min for his return and I asked him about the hives - my son was itching and suffering like crazy - he asked „oh he has an allergic reaction“ I didn’t know ….. he didn’t address the fever or anything …. I m shocked about the treatment over there …, we went home … my son still high fever - no medication what doctor prescribed not available today at Costco pharmacy…, tomorrow will see a different doctor …. Don’t go there it’s pointless
