Brought my mom here for a ct scan of her lungs. We literally just finished our appointment and I felt the need to write this review because of how great the staff was.

We go to a lot of places here in Fresno/clovis to get ct scans or X-rays. But this has to be the best customer service provided. We worked with Sam. He was so caring and understanding. My mom has a hard time breathing and he worked well with her. Help her understand the steps. We didn’t feel rushed at all. He let my mom take a breather before starting the next step. We felt heard. Thank you Sam and thank you advance medical imaging magnolia.

Excellent staff and facility for an MRI. I was very nervous, claustrophobic and unsuccessful at a different imaging center. The staff at AMI in Clovis allowed me to come in a few day before my appointment to view the facility, MRI area, and educate me about what to expect. Also, they give me headphones to listen to my favorite Pandora station. The technician was excellent keeping me posted of time during the exam which made a HUGE difference for me. It took about 15 minutes total to MRI my knee and the final report was received within a day or two. Unfortunately. I can't find my notes with everyone's name that helped me .... bottom line, this is the BEST imaging center in the Central Valley. Thank you everyone at this facility for your professionalism, friendliness, and caring attitude, it really made a huge difference for me to be successful on November 21st 2024 and you offered an evening appointment : )

Went for a breast MRI. Very nice, clean, modern facility. This was a different facility for me this time and I could tell that the equipment was better and the overall comfort level was much higher. The staff was professional, pleasant, and fun to work with. They made my experience so much more doable than the last time I had it done at a different facility. Highly recommend!

Had a ultrasound, Fresno office had me come to the Clovis office on same day, so that was fine. But WOW the lack of reception and greeting is very lackluster. U was asked my name twice because the first time she kept looking at the computer. If you are not ready to help, I understand and finish what you were working on and give me your attention. My tech was fast and smooth, but once again very lackluster as well and mumbled questions at me. Went to reatroom, came out and tech was gone, had to find my own way out and when I told reception have a nice evening, rhey just uh huh, you too without even looking up. Hope I don't need any more imaging done here.

Take your business elsewhere. The company canceled my appointment two times after driving for an hour to my appointment. If you don't take my advice, at least don't book your appointment at the end of the day on a Friday. The lazy bastards will call with a "broken machine" so they can get an early start on the weekend. Really, broken twice on a Friday afternoons? I work hard for my money, but they ain't any of it. I expect I'll pay more at St Ages, but at least my health will benefit from a service actually preformed.

Arrived early only to be told I would have to drink some liquids before the scan and would have to wait an hour before I would even be called back. The first liquid was thick and chalky. The second was a bottle of water. This whole process was upsetting because I did receive a call on Friday to remind me of this appointment and ask me additional questions, but I did not know I had to be fasting and no liquids. Fortunately I had not yet started to drink my coffee so I had to take it back to my car. The woman at the frontbdesk was less than sympathetic to my concerns. Then, I am called back and had a very nice young man ask me questions and offered me a warm blanket because this place is sooooo cold. When I was walked in to where the scan would take place, I received one more surprise: I need some type of dye in a drip injected into me. At this point, I was ready to walk out and almost did had it not been for their shining star Jen. She explained everything and was very reassuring and calming. I have to say that I felt very alone, vulnerable and intimidated but Jen made me feel at ease and able to complete this. The feedback I am giving is that more information is needed for as a patient so I know what to expect especially for a procedure like this.

Took my husband for an MRI.The staff was friendly and efficient.He left the clinic feeling confident in the care that he received. And the office was so nice and clean.

My mom had a MRI today at 7:30am and a X-ray at 3pm @ California imaging. The MRI nurse helped us so much she asked if we can get her X-rays done here too and they did!! We got to go home earlier thn being here in Fresno all day since we live in Lemoore!! Thank you so much for making my mom feel so comfortable because she was so nervous and the nurse talking to her in Spanish made her feel like she already knew her nurse!! Bless you!! 🙏🏼🤍
