We are beyond grateful for our partnership with Edna Ochoa and Advanced Hospice. Edna’s commitment to our community goes far beyond traditional hospice care—she truly leads with compassion.

I work at a senior living community and one of our residents recently lost their spouse, but because this resident was not using any hospice services, there were no ongoing grief support resources available for the surviving spouse. When I shared this with Edna, she immediately and graciously volunteered Advanced Hospice's grief services at no cost to help this family member through such a difficult time. Her kindness and dedication made all the difference.

Additionally, Matt, their music therapist and chaplain has completely elevated our memory care neighborhood with vibrancy and music. The comfort, connection, and joy he brings to our residents is immeasurable.

Nurses have been pretty good but their scheduling depth sucks. Physical Therapy seems to show up when they decide & as far as recertification they don't set an appointment til the day before & dont give you an alternative time. Very dissatisfied with this company & have to call weekly to get them straight to what they are supposed to do.

If I could give negative stars ⭐️ I would horrible management. Scheduling is always raffled and their turn around rate for nurses is like a revolving door! I really feel sorry for Kaiser patients whom are at their mercy for care since they are the only ones in network. For those Medicare clients who are looking to transfer please consider compassion home health on the Roseville office servicing Elk Grove to natomas

This company and their “reputable” doctors certified for my sister to be on hospice when there was no necessity for it and medically no proof she would be eligible. I have medical records to prove it. She was taken off hospice by another medical establishment back in February due to this very thing…that her chart was read wrong and she actually didn’t have ANY qualifications to be on hospice. The last few weeks of my sister’s life, she somehow mysteriously was certified to be on hospice by this company. My sister is dead now and because she was on hospice, my family doesn’t get an autopsy! Stay away from this company….there is something not right about them. My sister should have never been on hospice. They won’t admit it of course cause that would call for a lawsuit. But I’ve got medical records to prove she didn’t have the requirements to be on hospice. Shame on them. My family won’t have closure of my sister’s cause of death cause of these people. They should pay for her autopsy.

My mother has been receiving services from Advanced Home Health for several weeks. Great experience for my mom and amazing customer service when we call the office. The Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS), Katia, along with Ashley, have gone above and beyond to ensure my mom's medical needs are met. I would recommend Advanced Home Health to my family and friends.

Shoddy service, no shower assistance as no worker available, blood pressure equipment out of service, they had to use mine. Misinformation as to location was never corrected, nurse was on vacation, so unavailable. Definitely a waste of my time when help was needed after release from skilled nursing.

Nurses don’t show up or the manager gives lip service. They discharged me without telling me. And I never got to see a nurse cause they were always demanding that I have my appliance replaced in the afternoon. Which it should be replaced in the morning. I agree with all of the negative reviews here. Stay far away from this company.

I was assigned Advanced Home Health after a spine surgery at UC Davis Medical Center. They came out once, botched my bandage replacement and wound pump replacement.

I asked they come fix the botched work and they gjosted me. In all they were to do 5 care visits and 10 theraphy visits. I have 5 calls in to them and I have yet to hear back. Please do not use this service if you are a provider serving patients or a loved one looking for care.
