Had a skin cancer removed by excision. When doing they almost forgot the numbing injection but the nurse intervened just in time. Then they left the stitches in for three weeks so they were very sore. I called but no response. On finally getting them out I was told the office was closed the week earlier but their answer phone didn't reflect this. I'm left with a very angry looking wound.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went there with a terrible rash from loose skin due to a massive weight loss. They made me get a prescription through mail order that cost me $85. When it arrived it was in a container that was as big as a small Vicks jar. After applying the cream for two days, I burned like I was on fire. I made 10 phone calls to speak to someone. No one picked up and no one called me back. Thank God I have a friend who is a registered nurse and prescribed me a cream that cost me $0 and has helped me in just one day. Do not go here. They do not care. They do not return calls. They are absolutely horrible. I will never go back. Find someone else, take it from me. How does a doctor not even call you back. They just don't care.

I had a biopsy taken off a spot on my ear, when I went back to get the results they told me that they did not get all of the cancerous cells and would have to send me a referral to a plastic surgeon. This was back in December of 2024. I have called 3 times since then and left messages but have not been called back. I called today and was on hold for 15 minutes but no one picked up. This was before 3 pm. I think it might be time to find a new dermatologist. Frustrated with the lack of communication.

We went for a simple visit to renew prescription. As I was answering Jennifer's ( I guess a care team member or pa) a question, she rudely exclaimed "I don't need to hear all that!" She then asked me where my affected area was and I began to show her, again "I don't need you to show me!" I was humiliated. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with and she said no. I don't understand why Jennifer was so rude and angry towards me. She stated that I would have to see Hanna, to get my scripts refilled( which wasnt even entirelly the reason I was there hence why I was trying to give her a little bit of background on the why I was there today for the visit. )At that point I advised Jennifer that I had been off of my meds (Otezla) for 3 weeks and because the soonest appt. I
could schedule was 3 weeks away. I asked her to at least give me a sample pack which she snidely said no only Hannah could give bioligics. Well if I know Otezla is not a biologic, she must certainly being a professional knows that.Given me the same instructions with a friendly voice and demeanor and I would have been fine. In 20 years of going to a dermatologist this is by far the most unprofessional rude employee I have ever met. Now I have to go back tomorrow after spending $40 on an Uber to get there which I don't have as my home was destroyed by hurricane Milton. TO TOP IT ALL OFF SHE WENT TO ALMOST EVERYONE WORKING THERE TALKING MESS ABOUT THE SITUATION AND LOUD ENOUGH FOR ME TO HEAR HER. ISNT THERE A HIPPA LAW THAT IS SUPPOSED TO PREVENT HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS TO DISCUSS ANYTHING ABOUT A PATIENT THAT IS NOT THERES? IM PRETTY SURE. ON A POSITIVE NOTE HENCE THE 1 STAR THERE WAS 1 WOMAN AND ID SAY PROBABLY THE YOUNGEST ONE THAT WORKS THERE WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. SHE STAYED OUT OF ALL THE GOSSIP AND BECAUSE OF HER IM VERY GRATEFUL. AFYER TOMORROWS VISIT I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE FINDING ANOTHER DERMATOLOGIST OFFICE.

I'm not sure if you can treat a patient the way my husband was he had something growing on his nose he went to them for the issue all they did is put him on antibiotics and creams that cost $$ and nothing was working keeping him on antibiotics for 6 months when I went with him and questioned on there treatment the sent us away we went to get his nose tested and had growing bacteria that spread to his lungs and lymphatic system scared to us went for biopsy what a nightmare he went through just because they didn't do anything for him but just meds .. hope you're question everything they do they are not for the people cause they even told my husband he needed plastic surgery $$$$$$$$$$ thats all this office is about..
