My husband and I walked in and it was immediate hospitality, it was our first time and they made us feel right at home. They have some advanced X-ray machine my previous dentist didn’t have. They were pretty advanced. X-rays showed up on a screen in front of you, you didn’t have to pry your neck to see them. Dr was very friendly and communicative, and explained in details what was going on. They made every effort to get us in for a cleaning which was good as we were already there.

Please do not construed my 4 stars as being negative. It's quite the opposite. I just think that there's always room for improvement. No one is perfect.

I had a phenomenal dental hygienist today. She was absolutely the BEST. In fact, I had personally mentioned it to her. She was thorough, gentle, personable, professional and kept me aware of everything she was doing. In fact, I learned something new from her on this visit that no one else had ever explained to me all these years. I'm 72 years old, and just today learned a new dental hygiene technique.

I truly appreciate the front desk staff, as well, who are always pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

I'm actually very happy with my overall dental care here at Advanced Dental, Ocoee.

I switched to advance dental care recently. So far, I’m really impressed. They were professional and each member of the team took ample time to listen to concerns. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist. Dr. Jamari is thorough and kind. Dr. Wang, the periodontist, is great as well!

ADC is OUTSTANDING! GREAT service and treatment! All the Staff (includes Ricardo, Pablo), and Doctor were very knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic! ADC is the BEST! Recommend to all!

I love & trust this office! Great customer service at front desk and well trained technitians, dental hygienists n Dentists. The Dentist is very gentle, super sweet and always ensures that procedures aren't causing pain. I love that she listens to me! When I told her it's hard to numb me and explained my previous doc's explanation of why and how to correctly get me numb she actually listened n followed through. I feel nothing during what could be painful procedures and that by itself is all I need. I've had very traumatic pain-related experiences with dentists growing up so when I find a dentist who prioritizes making it a pain-free experience, I won't trade them for anything!

Also, they're really good at educating you on how to properly care for your teeth.

Very professional staff. Did not have to wait long. After X-Ray examination, they go over what needs to be done to your teeth; discuss how much your insurance will cover & not cover and if you agree you sign the agreement & setup appointments and go from there.
