I have been a patient at this facility for years. My experience has been very different than others on here. Salima has gone above and beyond for me. I can reach her anytime. I love my therapist and the doctors have been great. They have been very helpful and accommodating. I'm glad to have them.

I was trying to make an appointment, everything should be through voice messages so they can call you back whenever they “can” I felt like I was literally begging for their service. If they don’t care about patients now, how does it work later?. They don’t receive direct phone calls, are they really as busy every minute of the day, every day ? Because if they can call me back, they could receive my call too. Why I can’t schedule a specific time to be called? why ? I have to wait for the random call back when they are ready, unbelievable! Such a messy system. I saw this in the comments and you know we try to give them another chance but the supervisor literally told me “ our system works for everyone except you” Do they check the reviews ? that made me understand they don’t care, be careful people. ✨

Salima who is now so called the Manager is one of the worst exam ples of how a Manager should be. She is very disrespectful, prejudice and has her favorites.. She is very rude on the phone and teaches the other Receptionists to act the way she does... She disconnects my calls every time she speaks to me. She is disrespectable and unknowledgeable of how a Manager should behave with patients.. She needs to be fired from this job because she is causing many people alot of trouble.... This is the second time I am making a complaint about her and she still doesn't get her act together even when Jason spoke with her the first time...She is not suitable to be in the front desk at all...She makes patients uncomfortable the way she talks to them and does not take her job serous... She left me without medication for a couple of days the first time I made a complaint about her.... Please forward this to Dr. Chen at Jamaica Hospital and share our concerns...Thank You!

If you are referred to this office, be prepared to advocate for yourself. It is a slow process to get seen for the first time, and even more so if you want to change providers. I saw Dr. Khaimov and began to have problems when I experienced an adverse reaction to a medication. First, I was unable to contact him even though it was an emergency. Later, he became extremely defensive when I began to ask questions about course of treatment and concerns about adverse reactions. It has been a month and have yet to be scheduled with a new provider.

The doctors and therapists are excellent. But the administrative process like request of records, very huge ridiculous delays. That gives the clinic a negative impression. Shows lake of care por people. Care, diligence, and excellent timing is a MUST in hospitals and clinics. In this clinic it's MISSING.
