From the very first call, I was impressed by the professionalism and genuine care exhibited by the lady at the front desk. She not only listened to our needs but also took the initiative to contact our doctor and promptly send out all the required documents for the scooter.

What truly stood out was the level of dedication and flexibility displayed by the staff. They arranged for onsite investigations at a time that suited our preferences, going above and beyond by working beyond regular hours, even after 6pm, to ensure that the investigation was completed thoroughly and efficiently.

In just one week, we received the electric scooter. The manager delivered it to our doorstep. He also offered us comprehensive training on how to use the scooter effectively and safely.
