This is the most disorganized and inefficient office we have ever dealt with. Our son’s initial referral was sent numerous times but continuously claimed to have never been received. Finally magically it was received, set the appointment, it was cancelled. Rescheduled and his ASD evaluation was done. We got the results and were told 60 days for the official report. It’s now slightly over four months later, still nothing but the run around. They don’t call back, they just say we will send the clinician a message…. Okay, you have been doing that. I have called the office and her directly and they are absolutely useless. “That’s the best we can do”…. No, you can do what you have been paid to do, it’s not that difficult. Go literally anywhere else for services because they have done nothing but disservice.

Strongly advise to go somewhere else. They gave me the run around for six months. I started off speaking with Michelle at intake (probably the most inefficient person on this staff) about setting up an appointment. After handling the intake documents, she told me that it would be 6-8 weeks before I hear anything. 10 WEEKS later, I had heard nothing. I called back and spoke with Michelle again. She tried to give me the excuse of the 6-8 week wait, but I told her that it had been 10 weeks. She said that she would email a supervisor and get back with me later.

Over one month passes without a word until someone else from their office called. I do not remember this lady's name. She only called to see if I was still interested in getting an appointment there, to which I replied yes. She told me that she would note this in my file and someone should call me back the following week.

ANOTHER MONTH passes without any form of communication, then I suddenly get a call from one of the providers herself. We discussed my intake paperwork and scheduled for my first in-person appointment in a few weeks' time.

Exactly one day before my scheduled appointment, Sheryl from the insurance and billing department calls me. She informs me that because of my insurance, I had to get a referral from my PCP before they can even see me. I have never had to get a referral for other mental health providers under this same insurance before. I called back later the same day to cancel all services.

Highly recommend going here. Hannah was also very kind and immensely helpful on the phone when I called and answered all my questions when we were looking for an appointment.

Beware of this place! We recently had to get legal representation involved to sue this company for medical malpractice due to the negligence of therapist Hannah Ciampini. She falsified statements and never wrote an official report for an autism diagnosis. My son was diagnosed in 2022, official reports were requested in 2024. We were told they would “try” to get it done as soon as possible but refused to give us a date. It wasn’t until we got legal representation involved that they got it done. This place is a scam.

I seriously don't know where I'd be without Ashley! But really all of the staff members are great. They have great priorities, make you feel comfortable and welcome, and seem to all be very happy to be there.

Our son faced tough times during his teens, struggling with school and personal issues. Chase, our counselor, made a real difference. He connected with our son, helping him understand his feelings and make positive changes. Our son is now doing much better, making healthier choices, and building strong relationships. We're thankful for Chase's help and highly recommend him to any family seeking support for their teenager.

Whoever is yalls front desk personnel is HORRIBLE for working with mental health patients. I recieve a vm from a lady. So I called them l back because I'm waiting to get evaluated and she kept asking me what the vm said. I told her and she acted like what I said was not a good enough answer. She kept arguing with me about why I'm calling. THEN she huffed all pissy and asked for my last name. I told her it was like the Trees outside. I spelled it said examples everything and she STILL just did not get it. Maybe she needs to be evaluated also. I'm thinking that I'm talking to one of yalls patients answering the phone. No Phone etiquette, horrible attitude to be working on this field! Ma'am you are a straight C word. I think my mental health is way worse after talking to you. You should not be working there whatsoever.

I wish I could leave 0 stars honestly as dealing with this place has been awful since day 1. I found them through jh insurance and called and was told they had a 6-8 week "waiting list," and that once I was assigned a counselor I would be called. That was back in June of 2022. End of August I called because it had been 10 weeks at this point and was told "you had someone assigned to you who has been calling you and due to you not responding you were taken off of their case list so now you'll have to wait to be assigned again." My phone never rang from this office, and I never received ANY voicemails. 1st red flag. Then I receive a call from the clinical manager I believe a few days later saying she was going to be taking me on as a client because she saw some of what I was needing help with and thought she was best suited for me. Cool. I meet with her three/four times, do all of the intake and testing and expose all of my trauma. Week before Christmas I had sn appointment and she texted me telling me she would need to reschedule my appointment after Christmas due to some personal issues. That's fine, stuff happens. It's been almost 3 months since then and I have not once received any communication from her. My attempts to contact her have gone unanswered. People seeking mental health counseling usually have stuff they're dealing with which is why they are reaching out in the first place. I feel used, taken advantage of, and disgusted a place would run a business like this. To top it off my husband decided to use them too and they never called him either after he submitted all of his paperwork. Stay away. I will be contacting my insurance and recommending to them that they take them off of their list of accepted providers.
