I worked at Adolescent Growth as a therapist for two months, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking genuine mental health treatment. My experience was deeply troubling, and I feel compelled to warn others about what I observed during my time there.

There was a complete lack of clear structure or guidance. There were no defined rules or boundaries, which created a chaotic and unsettling environment for clients and staff alike. This not only left clients feeling unsupported but also prevented staff from providing effective, consistent care.

If you’re considering this place for your child or loved one, please look elsewhere. They deserve a facility that genuinely prioritizes client care and mental health.

Not quite sure where all of these 5 star reviews are coming from. My guess is friends of coworkers trying to make this joke of a facility look good. My stepson is currently there and from what we've gathered is a complete sham. Workers providing illegal substances, letting my stepson drive the company vehicle, running out of food on multiple occasions, getting injured on the property without a telephone call, having to wash their clothes by hand because the washing machine broke and took over a week to get replaced, and to top it off, we were told it was a boys only facility and there's now a female in the house. PARENTS, BEWARE.
