Dr. Kareem Bannis is incredible~ very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic. He makes sure my husband and I are always well cared-for. A million thanks to him & the nurses here. Would give 10 stars if I could. I've been with Adelante for over a decade and I love them. I've had a few different doctors over the years because of some occasionally moving to another practice. They've all been good. But Dr. Bannis goes above and beyond. Always feel like we are in good hands. 💯

My father has been seeing Dr. Bannis for about 5 years now and every visit has been exceptional! Dr bannis and his staff has been exceptional in their service. He will answer any question that you have and they even have a translator there for Spanish speakers! Dr ban is just cuts to the chase and doesn’t waste your time, follow what he advises you and you’ll feel better. He saved my dad from diabetes, his blood pressure has changed drastically as well as his weight and thanks to a few psychology sessions he’s never been better ! Our family truly appreciates this place ! Thank you Dr. Bannis and thank you to your staff!

I really enjoy Dr. Bannis and Dr. Beggs, but the support staff here is so dismally terrible that I cannot continue to come here. Not only is it impossible to reach my doctors when I need a refill on prescriptions, but the scheduling and support staff are just rude, belittling and demonstrate zero concern for helping patients. I just got off the phone after having to call three times to get the correct prescription refilled. I tried to get this taken care of before running out, but they told me I had to call back. I am now out of my mental health medication and when I tried to tell the assistant how urgent it is that I get this medication today SHE LAUGHED. I’m glad that mental healthcare is a laughing matter to these individuals. That’s exactly what people struggling need. On top of that, I have had numerous occasions where I called to reschedule an appointment and the staff didn’t actually change my appointment date so not only did they try to charge me for a missed visit but I didn’t get the care I needed when I expected because the rescheduled visit was never actually set. Do not come here, you will regret it.

I’ve only been a patient at this office for a short time but I can tell you I’ll be a long time patient. My experience here has been amazing to say the least. It’s really nice to walk into a clinic and immediately greeted with smiles (especially during these times). All staff I’ve had interactions with were very knowledgeable and attentive. I normally see Dr. LeStourgeon, she’s very understanding and on top of it! Just recently, I had an appointment with Dr. Bannis which was also a pleasant experience. I truly feel like everyone here cares about every patient that walks through their door! 10/10 would recommend! 👍🏽👍🏽

This place is on top of things! They have it together and I've been going there for 4 years now so I would know. They never drop the ball, always return phone calls, always very accommodating and go above and beyond, and out of their way for the patient, each and every time!
I'm in love with my office and the care I get, so not looking to change that ever!
My Doctor, Dr. Kareem Bannis, always takes his time with me, and has been very, very attentive to all my medical needs. He really is the best so if you're looking for a physician you can count on, that would be him! Doctors like him are very rare, especially because today's generation of doctors just don't take the time to listen! I wanted to take the time to share this with everyone because I know all too well the struggles we all face, when trying to find an office, a physician who will be effective, efficient and inviting and friendly all under the same roof. Adelante Healthcare on Thomas in Phoenix, has definitely been a breath of fresh air.

Dr. Sarah LeSturgeon is great. She takes the time to talk to me. We have a two-way conversation about my health care. I was taken back to the room almost immediately after check in, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Getting through on the phone line does take some patience, but I was conveniently able to schedule my appointment online through the patient portal.
