My mom and I had a wonderful experience at the store when we came to look for a new walker. Her old walker had worn-out front wheels and we thought we had to buy a new one. Alicia, the store assistant, was very kind and helpful. She told us that we could just replace the wheels and save money. She showed us how to do it and even gave us the wheels and the tool for free! We were so grateful and impressed by her generosity and service. We will definitely come back to this store if we ever need anything else.

These are the most helpful and kind retail people I have ever met. I purchased a cannula and 25ft hose for my home oxygen concentrator from another store in town. When I went to connect the parts I realized I need something to splice the two pieces together. I explained what I needed and the clerk started searching but couldn’t find the item. Then the manager (possibly the owner) went right to the item. I asked what I owed and she said nothing. In fact she gave me another one in case I needed it down the road. I will only use this store for my medical supply needs in the future👍

Called the phone number on the hospital bed we rent from this company because the bed stopped working. My fathers 80 years old and needs help getting in and out of bed with the assistance of the motorized lift. So the technician came out on Monday but had the wrong part to fix the bed, he said he will be back today. No one came by, I took off today just to get the bed fixed again. The lady who answered the phone did not want to help me and brushed it off on her manager, sent me to her voice mail. No call back, I called and the manager picked up and she was absolutely worse the the First Lady. Very rude and disrespectful, don’t deal with this company, they will ignore your calls and when you complain they hang up on you! Very sad...

As soon as we walked into the business, It felt as if I was bothering them. They were having lunch; asked “may I help you?” While still walking through the door with my sister; it was eminent that my sister needed assistance walking; while asking if we needed help, she spoke with her mouth full as she was eating lunch on the floor. Extremely cold with the gesture of wanting to help. Turned us away. The “how” was extremely cold and rude. Didn’t feel like they were there to help. I felt like I intervened their lunch. Never again will we walk into this store.

The customer service Iis Lousy. Samantha is extremely RUDE and Alicia who is supposedly the owner isn’t much better. You would think that folks would be more accommodating to the people they serve but they do it and would never recommend them to anyone!
