Terrible customer service and non-existent phone support! I’ve tried for days to check on an order status. After an unacceptable number of tries, I finally got a nimwit that said my most recent (10/28/22) order didn’t exist…not the invoice number, not the order number and not the customer PO that all show on my packing slip. Remember, by now I’ve been on the phone over 30 minutes. He says he’ll put me on a brief hold and after 12 minutes, the phone went dead. Please bring back when I could call Auburn Alabama and place my order quickly and efficiently! Call your own 800 number and try it out. Your system knows who I am and what I buy, why do I have to answer those questions every time? Your system that refuses to let me talk to a representative, prompts me to tell it what I’m calling about (an item was missing from my recent order AND I received stuff I didn’t even order). When I spoke the item name, the recording just continued to repeat itself. I contacted Coloplast and they gave me a new provider. Take care of me TODAY and I’ll continue to try you.
I always like to update with outcomes. Clearly, communication issues continue with the group of companies that AdaptHealth has assembled.
I received one-on-one resolution for my issue after getting to the right person. I’m glad to report that my order that they took three days ago just arrived!
Thank you!
Fast forward to this month. Again, I received 6 items I didn’t order and I’m missing 2 items that they didn’t ship. After 2 very long phone calls…they do everything in the world to not allow you to talk to a person…the agent clearly understood what had happened. She said to put the 6 boxes outside for UPS to pick up beginning 2/24/23. UPS showed up 2/21/23 to pick them up. The problem is, the agent reversed what I wanted to return (6) and what I still needed (2). I give up…is the business world really that bad now?
