Ms. Lori is sooo lovely and Helpful and Amazing with all my needs and concerns!!! I had to try 10 different medical supply stores for my needs. And then one lovely day I met a woman whose name is LORI. LORI IS MY SAVING GRACE! Even though I had many struggles in finding the right medical appliances and struggled in finding them; she has always come to my aid. She has gone above and beyond and over exceeded all my expectations. She calls me all the time to give me updates( a rarity in today's customer service). I just want to send a huge THANK YOU TO LORI for taking such good care of me. I truly consider her a rarity. Hands down, she is the best!

I dropped in to check out wheelchairs for my 92-year-old mother after she broke her leg. Lori recommended a transport chair instead of a wheelchair for better in-home maneuverability. I am so glad we followed her suggestion; it worked out perfectly! Adapt 2 is located in Newport Beach and conveniently located near my home and my mother's residence. I would travel much farther for the excellent customer service!

The Costa Mesa Adapt 2 It store is by far the best medical equipment and supply store in all of Orange County. The store manager and his wife are wonderful. I walked into the store desperate. I needed to purchase a small Portable oxygen machine. Jeff got on the phone to the manufacturer and ordered it for me. It would be delivered in 2 Days but in the meantime he found a loaner oxygen machine for my mom and delivered it to her home that afternoon. A few weeks later my mom took a turn for the worse I was again walked into their store in search of a Lift Chair. The one I really wanted needed to be built. Jeff once again comes to the rescue and loans my mom a lift chair. Jeff and the owner of the store personally delivered the loaner lift chair to her home. Adapt 2 It has by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. They truly care about their customers and being of service is their goal. Thank you so much.

My daughter has very sensitive skin and it been hard finding a cream that helps her skin heal. I talked to one of their sales people and they helped me find the right cream for her. It's been a few months now and her skin is perfect! I'm a customer for life!
