I recently visited Active Recovery Center and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable, explaining all the services and answering my questions.

The cryotherapy session was amazing—it’s incredible how just a few minutes can leave you feeling so refreshed and energized! I noticed an immediate reduction in muscle soreness and inflammation, which has been a huge help with my recovery from workouts.

But the highlight for me was the Class 4 laser therapy. The results were almost instant! It worked wonders on a nagging injury I’ve been dealing with, helping with both pain relief and healing. I never thought I’d feel this kind of relief so quickly.

My daughter has had 2 knee surgeries a year and a half apart and is going to cryotherapy as part of her recovery this time. Her swelling and pain are noticeably better than last time. She is reaching her range of motion markers more quickly and easily as well. I am convinced the cryotherapy is making the difference.

so far I’ve been in five times and I just love it a lot. I love the shaking machine and the red light therapy too. I know that this is to help my Stop stop rheumatoid arthritis. I can’t hardly wait for when it gets better. Thank you so much.

Feel great after using cryo. I normal do a couple of sessions back to back. Also use the red-light therapy as well in between.
