I broke my ankle in 3 places on 10/21/2024 , 2 weeks before my 51st birthday. After having massive surgery on 10/31/2024 with a lot of hardware put in and staying off my foot for over 6 weeks, I was referred to Active Health for physical therapy by a coworker and they were covered on my insurance. Let me tell you, I’ve been through physical therapy for a boxer’s break in my primary hand after massive surgery 15 years ago with rods and a plate put in having to relearn how to use my primary hand and the place I had to go to was massive and not personal. My experience at Active Health with Dr. Brown, Dylan Zurita and their whole team has been really personal and caring and supportive and the way they do physical therapy is natural and organic and they hear me when I’m going through small set backs during my physical therapy and we work through it together. I have a few more months to go but I feel so much better and stronger after my therapy sessions and I’m so very grateful for Active Health throughout my long recovery journey. Hands down the absolute best physical therapy group I’ve ever been to and they really care about their patients and working through recovery on the most personal, professional and comfortable level.

I seriously can’t recommend them enough! No long waits, no drawn-out appointments. They really understand how the body is interconnected and how treating one area can ease pain in a completely different area of the body. Everyone there is warm, caring, personable, and attentive. Dylan and Josh are especially great at listening and tailoring treatments to what I need for my scoliosis, herniated discs, and other tendon issues. Highly recommend!

I was so blessed by the team at Active Health! I love that they don't settle for the typical medical model of pain management, but rather they help you address the root physiological causes of your pain. Dr. Brown patiently answered my 50 million questions, and everyone was invested in helping me take charge of my recovery. Such kindness and professionalism by everyone. This facility is spotless and friendly. I am getting excellent care here and feel very well cared for with my physical need. Dr Brown, Dylan & Josh offer exceptional treatment, fine tuned to each specific need. And Alexia is always welcoming and patient. She is in tune with the scheduling needs of everyone and always has a smile. This is a great team of professionals that I highly recommended!

I have been going to Active Health for almost 10 years now. They’ve helped me with everything from curing my plantar fasciitis to fixing issues with my hip with a Wharton’s jelly allograft injection to helping me manage my degenerative disc disease. Dr. Brown is on his game. Lower back pain is gone after three appointments. Dylan the PT is awesome at showing you the best exercises to strengthen the muscles that need strengthening. Both isolate the problem and muscles through treatment and exercises and eliminate the problem. As in the past, I highly recommend Active Health.

Hands down the best Physical Therapists out there, and with two kids in sports, plus myself and my husband, we have been to many. I went for my tennis elbow. First time I had it, it lasted 12 months plus and the PT actually made it worse. This time, after 6 weeks I am back on the courts. They take a holistic approach and treat the source of the injury. For example, my son’s hamstring was hurting and they did an assessment and realized it was because his hips were tilted and also pointed out that this is why his lower back sometimes hurts. I highly recommend them to everyone.
