We love our ABA Family! This location was recommended to us by one of our therapists. She had said to me that there was something special about the staff. I couldn't be more grateful that we found this place through her. My son loves going to ABC every day and I believe it is because of the staff. I have witnessed countless times the love each person here has for my son even the ones that are not on his team. I appreciate each of them for having a roll in my son's progress and how they go above and beyond for him. I would recommend this specific location to anyone who is looking for ABA Therapy for their child.

I'm so grateful for Action Behavioral Center ( ABC Queen Creek)! My daughter has been going to this location for several months now and I can't even begin to describe how please my wife and I are.
The staff is amazing!! They are very caring and proactive in helping our daughter learn and grow. They show genuine interest in her education. They are also informative about what she does each day and hold a weekly meeting on her progress. They have a detailed google sheets doc that can be viewed online that they update multiple times a day to show what projects she is working on, etc. This is night and day difference to a previous education center where our daughter was before.

In the last couple of month, my daughter's vocabulary has tripled and well as her communication and skills. She's made more progress since she's been at ABC than she has in the last year. I attribute it to the amazing staff.

Also, I really like the setup of the facility--it's a great design and everything is new and pristine. My daughter is always happy when she arrives and at ABC and is always beaming when she comes out. ABC has been such blessing in our lives and I highly, highly recommend it. I'm so grateful for our ABC family!

We are so grateful to ABC for all they did for our Son. Our son started at the Gilbert location and we we were so excited when the QueenCreek location opened up. We were in the program for 2 years and we only have great things to say about this place.
The entire staff are compassionate and I felt comfortable leaving my son knowing that he was in great hands. My son never resisted going to the center which tells how much he loved being there. Renee was awesome at communicating with us and updating us on his progress and if anything unexpected happens while he was in their care. Sarah was always very welcoming. All the therapist were awesome especially Nathan and Shelby. Our son can’t stop talking about them.
Our son is now in Pre-K as is doing amazing. He’s communication is over the roof, he is confident, smart and caring and I know he learned a lot of those at the ABC.
We are so grateful and ABC will always be in our hearts. Thank you to all the staff for all you do for these special kids ❤️

From the moment that I toured the Action Behavior Center, (I had to tour the one in Queen Creek but my son was going to be going to a new location in San Tan Valley) I knew that this was the type of environment I wanted my son to have therapy in. I tend to be a cynical person but seeing with my own eyes, it’s an incredible place they’ve built. I initially worked with Sarah on the operations side at Queen Creek to get my sons intake done and I cannot express how grateful I am for how hard she worked to advocate for my son as there were some insurance issues that had to be worked through. Instead of turning us away because we were a “difficult” case, they opened their arms and their hearts to our family to make sure that my son got the best care available. Sarah is an absolute angel. We also worked with Craig from regional, who also stepped in when things got muddy to help fight for my son. They practice what they preach and it was an incredible team effort! My son starts at the San Tan Valley location on Monday and even though he won’t be going to Queen Creek it feels like the whole team is an extension of your family and I could reach out to them if I needed. If you are looking for well thought out and purposeful ABA Therapy this is company!

ABC has been such a blessing and not only in my child’s life but our families as well. In such a short period of time we have seen drastic changes in their behavior. We are very blessed for each and every person that works at the center. We don’t feel judged.
It really is a safe haven for families that have children with autism. I wish I could thank each and everyone of them personally.

ABC Is phenomenal. The staff is supportive and they all genuinely love the kids and celebrate their successes and progress and diversity. My son has been in half day therapy for 3 months now and the progress he has made in just this short time is unbelievable.
The BCBAs are highly trained and experienced, and the biweekly family guidance meetings really help us navigate the daily challenges we face at home, and provide insight on how we as parents can better understand and support not only our child with Autism, but our family as a whole, which has greatly improved our family dynamic. We have all benefitted from these new strategies and techniques he is learning at ABC.

If you are a parent considering ABA for your child, I highly recommend ABC. I cannot sing enough praises.

My wife and I started the process to enroll our son last year in October. We got put on the waiting list. We received a call in late November stating our son will start in January, he will just need to under go an evaluation. The date got closer and we never heard from them. We reached out to them. We got assigned to Alberto, his communication was absolutely horrendous. He pushed out the date to February due to our secondary insurance. From January to February , we never received any follow ups or communication on what was going on. It was to the point I had to ask my wife if we were even still in the process. So we went into the facility and asked what was taking so long, and I even offered to take the secondary insurance off and pay out of pocket. And till this day we still haven’t heard from Alberto. My son needs help and this facility failed to even get him enrolled. If they can’t even manage a simple enrollment, how would you even know your child is in good hands.

ABC has been a game changer for our daughter! When our daughter started at this school, she had difficulty regulating her sensory needs and had minimal interest in toys because she wasn't sure how to play with them.

After attending this school for just 6 months, she has learned how to regulate her sensory issues more easily, she has learned to communicate her needs even though she is still non-verbal, and she has mastered multiple cause and effect toys which we didn't know she was originally interested in.

The staff genuinely cares for our child's well-being and safety. We are so grateful for this school and the amazing staff!
