Where do I even begin.... this organization, from Jennifer at the local office, who has since left as of yesterday, to Ashley the DIRECTOR of Clinical Access.... just poor management and oversight. 6mo process of getting my son started with ABA services in school only to be told TWO days prior that Jennifer was going to a different company, which then led to the school district being unable to allow the person taking over for her to have supervision as they were not an already approved person with the district. Acorn then comes back to me and says, we will not be able to provide on-site services for your son but you can still utilize our family guidance services. Are you kidding me? I sit on the email notification until later that night and respond and call out the literal selfishness and inconsideration that all of this reflected and the person who is screwed over by this the most is my 6yo. The aforementioned director calls me to say, "You're hostile" ... no ma'am, I am factual. And if you have a problem with the facts, then perhaps you should actually review this situation and notate the distress this has now caused my son and family. No thank you, Acorn, we will not be needing your services.
