I signed up for a training. I then harmed an old injury and can't travel. I've spent two week pushing 3 trying to connect with someone. Emailing and calling about accommodation for webniar or to cancle and I cant get a hold of anyone. Is this a legit place? If so it's incredible unprofessional to ignore a person.
Update. They had an staff out and did respond. They were unable to provide a accommodation but provided a full refund. That was appreciated.

Deserving of less than zero stars if such a rating existed. This establishment shows an astounding level of ineptitude by allowing my ex (who I share legal and physical custody with) to enroll our minor child into counseling services, completely bypassing the necessity of my consent or knowledge. No contact attempted or even made with me. I only found out after my very young child told me she has been seeing someone at Ackerman and this was confirmed by my ex.

The audacity that it takes to permit a single parent to make such significant decisions, without the faintest attempt to involve the other parent, is not only unprofessional, it's downright irresponsible. Their actions flout basic principles and surpassing the boundaries of my understanding.

When Ackerman allows a very young child to be entered into counseling without showing that the person entering that child into therapy has sole custody, then something is very flawed at a very basic level.
