Nice location, friendly and helpful staff. Walked in to grab a scraper and started in the wrong side of the store, was helped by someone within 5 minutes of walking in and the cashier gave me everything I needed for a rewards membership. Great place to find some local hot sauces and probably snacks as well.

Everyone that I’ve come across that works there is very friendly and professional! A gentleman named Don works there and has helped me out several times. He is truly an amazing employee! He most definitely deserves a raise!

I stopped coming to this Ace and started driving to DeBary due to the fact there was really piss poor management going on even though this place is a minute around the corner from my house I don't go here but I just recently went back and I've noticed 5 to 6 new faces and I felt very welcomed here by the employees where before I felt like I walked into a bar with the language that they spoke it seemed like all the old employees did not like each other or did not like working here now that I see the new faces and employees I will be coming back

The customer service was nothing out of the ordinary, outside of the mumbling and groaning of inventory. Cashier is pleasant efficient and informative.

The location was not wheelchair friendly but is wheelchair accessible.

Love ace hardware but the Orange City store owner/manager, Tim McMillon, should really refrain from projecting his personal beliefs on his customers. Long story short, I bought a generator and never opened the box. The day after the storm that hit us I returned to the store to return it per their return policy that I confirmed with the cashier the day that I bought it. He felt the need to publicly shame me, front and center of the store, for trying to return a generator when others in the community are in need and haven't been able to buy one because they've been sold out. You would think that if anything, me returning a generator is a good thing because that allows someone else to buy and use it. Total unnecessary response to a customer who is within their right to return a product that they purchased.
