Cannot trust!! They have had my prescription for over 6 months and until now it was passable, not great but at least ok. TODAY after 8 HOURS of me doing their jobs and their incompetence over the past 6 days I AM STILL WITHOUT my medication. Absolutely horrible. I have proved all day that my information was correct and they still keep finding yet another excuse to not send me my medication. I am changing pharmacies I won’t trust the ever again. DONT LET YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FORCE YOU TO USE THEM

This company is simply the worst. They are 100% incompetent and unethical.
I have been on medication since 2020 i.e. Copaxone to treat Multiple Sclerosis. In 2023 Accredo started to bill me for amounts that were supposed to be billed to a copay company. I found out this was happening approximately a year later when they informed me i owed them 16 thousand dollars for money not payed by the copay company. I immediately switched to the generic which had a reasonable copay, not the 4 thousand (+) these thieves were billing me

It is now february 2025 and they are refusing to fill my medication until i pay the exorbitant amount they say i owe.

I retired after 35 years during which i paid for my health insurance. Now that i am retired and need health insurance for life sustaining medication these fraudsters are preying. Absolutely disgusting. I am going to reach out to the better business bureau and the FCC to stop this scam for myself and others who are being tortured by these creeps.

There is no way of contacting management outside of a call center. I’ve been trying to speak to management for 3+ weeks regarding a major error on part of Accredo. My son has been patient for almost 2 years and having him as a patient earns Accredo upwards of $13k per month, yet no one has enough time or care to return my phone call. We will be leaving Accredo for a smaller pharmacy that has time to treat us as valued customers.

I will be reporting them to the BBB and HSS.

I had a terrible experience with the billing department for this speciality pharmacy. I had months and months of being told my huge medicine bill was taken care of and then would still get called and sent bills in the mail. They would also constantly have website issues and never seemed to be up to date on anything. They even charged a personal debit card once without my permission for thousands of dollars and it took days to be returned with no explanation. I hope to never deal with this company again, so much so I stopped ordering the medicine I was on because it wasn't worth the stress.

They should be considered criminals because their incompetency is literally destroying people's lives. They did not ship my dose on time because they said they needed an authorization from the doctor (which they already had). When the doctor gave them the authorization again, they said they needed the prescription form (which they already had). At some other point, they said they need to confirm with insurance (which they also already had). I am still having to go back and forth between the hospital and these criminals to figure out how to ship my dose.

All of my symptoms are completely back while I'm playing telephone with these criminals. Also, they sent me an invoice for a massive amount I have to pay, that I already confirmed with the insurance that I don't. Please get these criminals out of business asap.

This pharmacy consistently tries to double dip into their customers pocket (which is illegal, btw). Between my insurance and co-pay, my medication should be free. Yet I’m billed for it every time I place an order after they’ve been paid out by my insurance and co-pay. This causes me to miss doses, and fall behind on my medication. Every time I call to resolve the issue, they claim it’s “fixed” and then proceed to bill me anyways. $3000 a month for medication is steep and I’ve never had an issue with any specialty pharmacy EXCEPT this one. Avoid this pharmacy at ALL costs if you can! They don’t care about your health as long as their pockets are lined.

Had to repeatedly call to give them my information over and over again. Them telling me I have a balance when my medication was free with rxcard. Always a hassle to get your time sensitive specialty medications. Do not like this company but my insurance says I have to use them. They should be shut down.
