First day taking my Mothervto dialysis and they came late. When time to get her the was late I was on hold for one and a half hours one phone and 20 to 30 minutes 5 times on my other phone. Each time hold they state driver on his way in 10 mins. Two and half hours later we still waiting.

First day of service they were late picking my granddad up from dialysis. Should have known this was going to be an issue. When I called to confirm the days of service they had the wrong days. This is unacceptable. After dialysis he needs to rest and eat not be waiting on transportation. I’m highly disappointed after reading all the good reviews and this happens.
