The amount of stupidity cannot be obtained within just one office.
You cannot see your doctor, he's much too busy your sickness will have to wait. Can I access my account? You have to come in and verify your name and email, then we can send out the document to your email Can I talk to the nurse? What is this about? I need to get results of my x-ray. Hold on! You need to call the walk-in where you received it. But I just spoke to them, and they want me to call YOU? IF YOU'RE NOT SICK, HAVING THESE PEOPLE FOR HEALTH PROBLEMS.....YOU WILL BE!!!!

I have seen every one of these drs in this office and they all act the same. I been trying to get a scooter and I was told that the only way to get one is to walk in a few times with a cane and I have even when I go in with my uncle and I keep getting told I don't need one. First Dr was so rude and told me I need to loss weight then I will be fine. And everyone after that just keep saying no. And the last one told me I need to use a wheelchair I don't have the money to get one and how can I use one when I have nerve damage iny lift side . I told every Dr that I see specialist and that I even see a neurologist for my nerve damage on my lift side and I see a nerve surgeon as well now. And I have plenty of proof on what wrong and how things are mass up with me. I would be careful on going to this Dr office. Make sure you get copies of your visits.

I work with lots of different Dr. offices and my interaction with the staff at Dr Hartzell's office has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a while. the staff was polite on the phone, asked questions to make sure they were understanding what I was requesting and I received all requested documentation within about a 6 hour period. that is incredible! I normally have to wait days to weeks for requested documents. thank you to the office staff at Dr Hartzell's office. it was a pleasure to work with you!

It is sad that I have to post this, but this doctor failed to send in my prescription for 10 days and caused me to go into withdrawal hot flashes and cold chills. I am miserable. I am so disappointed. I prompted his nurses and assistant daily, to no avail. It's not like this drug is addicting, but as a neuropathy patient, this med is extremely important to my mobility and overall quality of life.

Hartzel is my primary ive only seen him once. I've seen maria tomolino multiple times she's a nurse practitioner that is acting as a doctor . She's very rude , very unprofessional, refuses to listen to any of my concerns and says she won't argue with me . I told them not to schedule me with her again because she's not my doctor and they did anyways . Tells me to do the things I've been doing for 3 years already for stomach inflammation and then see how things go . Tells me to take omeprosole Eben though acid is not my problem . Refuses to listen at all just wants to argue and tell you she won't argue . Very rude to my 4 year old telling her to sit down and be quiet this nurse has no patience. So will not be going back . I would not recommend this office to anyone . Will not let me see a orthopedic for my rotator tendon injury and winged scapula says she doesn't think it's medically necessary even though I can barely use my arm. Won't let me see an allergist and dietician even though I have to eat a special diet and certain foods give me an allergy reaction , says it's not medically necessary. It's sad that she is messing with people's health in such an unprofessional manner .

Dr. Hartzell is the greatest PCP. He truly listens and cares about his patients. He gives you his time and doesn't rush you in and out. I have been going to him for 3.5 years and have complete faith in him. Since I have a HMO and need referrals, I have even liked every specialist (except one) that he has referred me to. I recommend him all the time.

Hello, my experience with Dr. Robert was great. I felt compassion and care from all involved. I was/am anxious about this, but I know the outcome will bring back a quality of life. A big thank you to all who were involved in my procedure.
