I assist my mom with all her medical care. Dr. Singh was highly recommended to us and great in the beginning, but for some reason her appointments weren't with him after the first several months.
The care she received was fine for awhile until we had an issue with diabetic supplies. Mom's insurance covers a continuous glucose monitor (which she was already receiving) and the office refused to send over the appropriate paperwork to the medical supply company. An insurance rep even contacted the office multiple times in attempt to assist mom in getting what she clearly needed. The nurses were so rude (I was on some of the calls) and told the insurance company no. We asked for a traditional monitor in the meantime while we tried to sort things out and the office would not write mom a prescription. They said we had to take the one they gave us and come into the office when we need more supplies. It was so weird and the final straw.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this office since New Year’s Eve. I have called multiple times, spoken with several different people and have requested to speak with management for almost 2 months only to get no response. Yesterday I spent a combined 47 minutes on hold and then was told the office manager was in a meeting and would have to call me back. I received no call back and still haven’t received any calls today. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and respect as a patient. I do like nurse Jessica & Dr Singh, however the way I’ve been treated and flat out ignored is definitely going to have me looking elsewhere for care.

Friendly staff, and doctors, but trying to get a referral for a specialist doctor on-time? Plan on remaking specialist appointments, and YOU DO REALIZE SPECIALIST APPOINTMENTS ARE SOMETIMES MONTHS OF WAITING? All we people care about today is money, your just another number of a bank account, and it's every place, we're selfish, so beware of terminology 'high priority'

Dr. Singh is amazing. He always listened to me and helped. Fast referrals. Refilled all needed medications. Office staff very friendly and polite. The only reason I give it 4 stars, Dr. V doesn't get referrals done, didn't refill all my scripts and I didn't feel like he listened to me.
I will go back to this office only if I can see Dr. P. Singh.

I've been a patient of Dr John Ameen for several years and there are not enough good things to say about him and charge nurse Tonya . I can say this , they both go beyond there positions to help you. We all know medical has lost the resources it once had , from getting personal attention to simply getting an appt . Over the last 2 months Ive been in severe pain with back / hip issues , in order to see a specialist takes weeks , I did all the PT and meds they said and finally went to local orthopedic and after a month wait to get an injection , they told me ......we don't give joint injections!!! I immediately went to access , told Tonya what happened , she immediately went to owner Dr Singh ( owner ) and he had me see a nurse practitioner Josh who is in walk in clinic . He spent an hour with me and gave me several injection after a more then through exam . This is first day in months I've been out of pain . I found outJosh has orthopedic training and inn truth , was better then any ortho I've ever seen . Thank you Dr Ameen , Tonya , Dr Singh and especially Josh for doing what you do . By the time I arrived at across I could barely walk

I loved this whole office, just wish they would have come to CT with us. They took great care of my family for 20 years, Dr. Singh is so caring and he listens, and I can't say enough about Sue, she was my life line the last 6 months of being in Florida. I highly recommend and appreciate this group

I am a companion/caregiver for a 90yr old lady that comes here. She really likes everything about this Drs office. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They listen to what she has to say. I also like the fact that they will not keep you on or put you on medication that you don't need, or no longer need. If I had insurance, I'd be coming here as well.

Dr Singh is my primary physician. My appointment last week with Amanda was perfect. She is an excellent fit into the the medical staff
Amanda was thorough,professional and kind
Joshua Crews was there also with his expert medical advice. Reminding me to let the past go from my recent personal loss. And 🙏 strive towards the future
Overall I am very happy knowing my health care is with these caring medical professionals.
