Friendly staff, and doctors A+ for that effort, but trying to get a referral for a specialist doctor on-time? Plan on remaking specialist appointments, and YOU DO REALIZE SPECIALIST APPOINTMENTS ARE SOMETIMES MONTHS OF WAITING? All we people care about today is money, your just another birth date number of a bank account, and it's every place, we're selfish, so beware of terminology 'high priority' eventually it will turn the nicest person into a KAREN...

Carrie Krogmann , APRN has been my primary provider for almost 4 years. Access Healthcare has been my medical facility since I moved to Spring Hill. I was blessed to have been assigned to Carrie. There is no one more compassionate, caring & highly informative as her. She possesses the skills & discernment to help determine what is causing one’s malaise. But her caring nature is what sets you at ease, all the while knowing that she will do all that is necessary to get you well again. I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable & honest practitioner to care for their medical needs. She has the biggest heart & there are not enough words to describe her warmth & goodness.

I am not a big fan of doctors at all. However, my visits here have been fantastic. I feel very comfortable. Things are explained to me in detail all my questions or answered. I can get a response from them by phone if I need them in a very short time. I am not a big doctor person to begin with, but the two ladies that I have seen in Beverly hills are absolutely awesome!

Access Health care support nurses and office personnel really don’t care about their patients. My wife and I had blood work done and cannot get our results. We call no one will call us back when I called for the third time I asked for a office manager the lady asked what I wanted to talk to the manager about I told her she said for me to be patient they would call. A week later no call. So now I made another appointment with my dr. Bad bad bad

I have seen many doctors and health professionals over many years beginning with my delivery at home 85 years ago. I would place Dr Ragu Javvadi at the top of my list ranking those Physicians. He has a highly comprehensive and very impressive medical background. He's there to help when you have problems with your Pharmacy or other issues. Also has a nice personality and is always professional. He came highly recommended and I in turn would highly recommend him.

Access Health since Four years ago, is going down Hill. Lack of Medical Negligence in some Medical and Administrative Staff. The Services Call after Business hours is failing, Drs. in call are not answering phone calls. Patients are rejected in Walking Clinics if they coming for attention then or fifteen minutes before lunch, apparently for the Medical staff is more important their lunch and breaks than the attention to patients, including when patients presents serious symptoms of a possible stroke or heart attack like happened to my husband twice.
Some other Drs. are very good and they do their job with high efficiency and professional help.
Some Patients ignored that we have Rights and the American Law protected us. If someone has any complaint with Medical Negligence Report to Medicare and or the Insurance companies.
